It’s located close to the city centre. Very spacious with all the facilities you need. Parking spots outside the flat & not hard to get to.
There wasn’t much that comes to mind that we disliked about the property. Maybe a few strange smells in the property here and there but not a big issue.

There were beds. There was a fridge, microwave and places to sit. Shower worked. We arrived very late and left very early so did not have to stay there long. The price was probably higher than we would want to pay for a decent hotel, but we didn't book early enough.
It was creaky, dingy and sprawling over two floors. No TV and the WiFi did not work at all. The surrounding location was unpleasant but we managed to find parking and the car was still there in the morning. Beds were creaky and the furniture provision sparse, the basics.

This accommodation is a good choice for any friends group (up to 6 based on beds) or small family willing to visit Swansea while sticking to a reasonable budget. Its about 15min walk from the train/main coach station, and about the same walking time to the city highlights i.e. castle/party street/shopping area/marina waterfront. Few shops located within shorter walking distance. The last street leading to the accommodation is off the main street and may feel rough and dark at night but quiet nonetheless hence peaceful night.
The accommodation feels like part of the old housing stock but kept in decent shape. Our flat was on 3 levels (i) bathroom, ii) kitchen/common area + 1 bedroom (iii) 2 bedrooms on last upper floor), and had a fully equipped kitchen to store/prepare food. Beds are all comfy, although one with a metallic frame sits on the squeaky side.
Communication with the responsive and guest-caring acc. manager was quick and efficient so smooth process.
All in all a good value for money within short distance from the city main spots, which I'd definitely consider if I hop in this lovely city again.
one of the bed upstairs is so squeaky you will wake up your partner (or vice versa) at night when moving in your sleep. The bathroom could do with a bit of renovation but its certainly not a deal breaker.

Plenty of room in the property
Bathroom did not close as lock was not working
Bed frame in upper bed room made lots of noise.

Easy to get access and location is very close to city centre.
Very basic/older looking accommodation. However, quality matched the price. You get what you pay for here, nothing more.

Quite clean, sofas were comfortable. Decent walk distance from station. Easy to communicate with. There was more bedrooms than I had realised 🤣 I thought there were two but there was three. The key lockbox is a great idea so no limitations on when you can arrive to get key once the code has been sent.
Boiler didn't seem to work. Shower still had hot water but couldn't get radiators on. Potentially a known issue as there were some electric radiators in lounge and some bedrooms.

Location was fairly central.
Check in and out was simple and communication was excellent.
Property is worn with a few things which could be improved cosmetically. Electric plug in heaters not central heating which meant the property was cold.
4.5 / 5.0
A lot of equipment.
Very spacious
One bed is an inconfortable hairbed.
Heat system difficult to manage.
