About this house rental
Make Eagle Trace Cabin in Valle Crucis your new home away from home. This cabin has it all, new furnishing, new linens, new TV's, Mountain views, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, fire pit, air conditioning, dog friendly, sleeps 10, WiFi and much, much more. Wrap around decks to enjoy those cool summer breezes or the golden colors of Fall. Furnishings that surround you with comfort. You'll find new King bed and furnishings in the Master on the main floor. New sofas and TV in the Family room on the main floor as well as wood burning fireplace, kitchen and dining room. Two Queen bedrooms on the lower level plus game room with TV, Foosball table, Queen sleeper and gas log stove. In the loft you will find two twin beds and sitting area with additional TV. Eagle Trace is located in the popular Little Bavaria development in Valle Crucis. Oh, did we mention that there is a community catch and release fishing pond too! So, don't you miss Eagle Trace!
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
-This home allows up to 2 well behaved and mature dogs with a pet rent of $25 per dog per night.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots, or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- ALL of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish in the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Trace. Well-equipped kitchen! Enjoyed the outdoor area. Close to shopping and snow activities. It is a pet-friendly cabin so unfortunately, there was lots of black dog hair in the room and bathroom next to the kitchen. Other than that it was great!

When you arrive you know your in the mountains and the whole family was excited about the true cabin cozy feel. Other Cabins around but plenty of space to feel like your alone in this wonderful community.
Hot tub was a hit every night, Owner supplied plenty of fire wood, Kitchen was well stocked, Plenty of space to spread out, close enough to Skiing about 30 mins but far enough away to feel like your in the mountains away from the crowds. Family insisting on a return next year. Thanks for sharing your wonderful cabin!!!

We stayed at Eagle Trace in mid-July and really loved it and would stay again. There were nine people and a small dog in our group. There was plenty of space and we never felt crowded.PROS: The cabin was well-equipped, comfortable, and excellent value for the price. The outdoor living areas like the hot tub and fire pit really added to the experience in a positive way. There are multiple gathering areas, so not everyone has to congregate together. The views are wonderful, and the porch offers great serenity in the early morning hours. Animals are plentiful. We saw deer in the yard every day, several snakes, lots of rabbits, a large bobcat and even the neighborhood donkey that wanders around. There is a large amount of firewood available, so there was no need to buy our own. The pond in the neighborhood actually has fish and we very easily caught Bluegill using live mealworms from the sporting goods department at Walmart. CONS: The foldout couch in the loft area was not serviced prior to our arrival. When we opened it up, there were candy wrappers, bits of food and a large kitchen spoon folded away in it. Also, the mattress is just shot. It really needs replacement. We went to Walmart and just bought an inflatable bed instead. The description from the management company says, "new owners, new furnishings". In reality, the change in ownership was six years ago and there is a need for some refreshing. While the cabin is generally in good condition, it is a bit dated but not more than most cabins, I guess. The kitchenware could use some updating and the cabinets themselves could use a deep cleaning; the back side of drawer fronts were sticky in some areas, etc. There was a crate full of DVDs available in the main living room, but no DVD player that we could find. Don't let those few cons deter you from staying at Eagle Trace. This was a nice cabin and we had so much fun. We wouldn't think twice about renting again when we have a

We liked the upgrade to the Den television since our last stay at Eagle Trace.The grounds were cleaned and maintained. We love the view. The only negative would be cleanliness inside. I had a problem with sneezing and cold like symptoms because of the dust and the kitchen dishes and utensils were not clean. The team at the office were very professional as always and very helpful. We had an unforgettable time at Eagle Trace. The cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing. Loved to spend time by the bon fire and porch area outside. We spend Christmas with our family here and couldn’t have chose a better place to stay, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine. There is a bathroom in every floor which is very convenient for larger families. The cabin felt like home the moment we got there, so cozy, clean and warm. Also, we loved the fact that there was a Christmas tree up so we were able to place our kids gifts there to open on Christmas morning. We had the perfect getaway and have the most beautiful memories from Eagle Trace!

We LOVED this house. It was spotless, very well appointed, no need for anything but just a cup of coffee and the porch. The kids had a blast rolling down the hill and the fire pit being on rocks and having a nice walkway to it was great. No weeds or grass to wade through. I will definitely be staying here again!!! Close to Valle Crucis park and in the middle of all the action. We saw 4 rabbits playing in the front yard, several deer and groundhogs. You won't be disappointed!

We stayed at Valle Crucis with several couples and were beyond satisfied with out stay. The cabin is absolutely beautiful with so many personal, cozy touches. We were shocked at how well stocked the kitchen was with more pots, pans, and appliances than we could ever need. It made cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were all very cozy. We enjoyed the fire place and hot tub immensely. Would love to stay again in the warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful wrap-around porch and rocking chairs. Would recommend this cabin to anyone!
