We welcome you to our Coastal Getaway home! Relax on the covered patio in our heated pool with custom outdoor lighting! This newly nautical themed home features a beautiful pool view dining room, kitchen, and lounge. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement while offering a quiet workspace lounge. The Master Suite features a King bed, tv, and private bath. The first guest bedroom features two twin beds perfectly decorated for children. The second spare bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The spare bathroom is a combination tub and shower shared by both spare bedrooms.

It's the perfect place to stay in the Sebastian/Vero area
Guest must be 25 years of age to secure reservation
We are taking extra precautions in our cleaning in keeping with the Covid guidelines. We have installed an Active Pure Air Scrubber removes or destroys up to 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.
-$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-House trained dog/no cats.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Fantastic house in a location close to the beach, grocery store and Vero. We stayed with our two boys and small dog and everyone was comfortable and happy! Lots of little extras like snacks, candy, coffee, etc. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is the house we were supposed to stay at but they had some minor damage so they put us in another of their properties. The house we stayed at was “Tropical Getaway” it was a few miles further away from where our family lives but was amazing! The host was quick to answer any questions we had and we could not have asked for a better experience! The house was equipped with baby items so it was great to have a high chair and toys for our grandbaby to play with!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautifully decorated, clean and spacious home away from home. Short distance to beaches and fishing, stores and restaurants. Our agent was responsive, helpful and sent reminders to make sure things ran smoothly. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed the heated pool, the rooms were neat and clean, everything we needed was provided in the kitchen and baths. We had a minor water leak behind the fridge and Eddie Nero our property manager responded quickly and the repairs were made super fast! The best customer service! We will be sure to book again.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for our kids' Fall Break. The house was gorgeous, and so accommodating. Every corner of the house was clean, well stocked, and orderly--and we felt at home instantly. We loved the pool, and grilling out as we lounged in the comfort of the backyard oasis. The garage was super convenient for storage of our belongings. We left, already planning our next return trip.

House was perfect for our needs. Exactly as pictured. Cleanest rental we have ever been in. Has everything you would ever need. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to beach and short drive to attractions. Pool was a hit and used daily. The backyard is beautifully landscaped, and we enjoyed seeing the family of squirrels playing in the backyard. Excellent communication with the host. Would stay here everytime if we visited the area again.

My wife and I brought our 3 kids (7,6,11 mos) at this property for Spring Break. It was exactly as listed and had even more to it than we had expected. Tons of toys, games, and handy items were stocked so we could enjoy the pool, day at the beach, and feel like we were at home. Eddie was an amazing property manager and easy to get a hold of for a question. He reached out during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was overall very easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to all the fun activities to do in the area. Highly recommend this spot and we would happily come back in the future.

The property is wonderful! Spotless! Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Close to grocery, etc. Quiet. It has everything you need for a quick getaway, or a full vacation. I’d give it ten stars if possible! The pool is perfect, mostly shaded by two large trees-went home with NO sunburn. Full kitchen( I don’t cook but convenient for carry-out meals and snacks). My daughters and my young granddaughters wanted to buy the house and stay :). It was exactly as pictured( even better) and our girls’ trip surpassed our expectations thanks to our lovely little mint green house. Note: I only stay at high end hotels and five star VRBO’s. I am VERY fussy about cleanliness. This was a perfect fit for me and my family.

The house was just as pictured and extremely well outfitted right down to the first aid kits which thankfully we didn't need. Beds and bedding are top notch and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family.....and major plus the barbecue is a Webber. Eddie was great to work with. A great stay!

The property was a perfect fit for our family get away. The pool was warm and we enjoyed lounging poolside enjoying the beautiful weather. There were pool toys and floaties. We used the beach chairs and table while exploring the local beaches. The location is close to walgreens and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house with extra toiletries if you forget to pack something. TV in master and living room. Cute nook to play games. We highly recommend this house!

This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in we ourselves manage a rental and usually have high standards when we say elsewhere. This place far exceeded our expectations. Everything was beautiful! The home was exceptionally clean and the property owner added many special touches to make our stay comfortable such as snacks, coffee,tea, and extra toiletries.
