My husband and I wanted a respite from the Virginia summer heat and planned a last minute visit to the Cape. While we had a fair amount of rain, the house was comfortable for at home reading days, and located well for visiting other parts of the Cape. We only had a couple of good beach days- and this house is located close to two easily accessible beaches.
Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and the common areas had comfortable chairs and sofa. I want to note in particularly that the lighting throughout was excellent, something that we have discovered is not always the case with rentals.
Also the home is decorated beautifully with the paintings done by the owner.
A final note, communication with Nick was easy, friendly and gracious.
