This property is excellent
when we were there the street where parking is accessed was undergoing some construction which made access mildly awkward
But otherwise an excellent facility in the heart of downtown with easy walking access to local sites and restaurants

Jeremy was an excellent host and gave suggestions readily. The downtown location made it great for walk ability to sites and restaurants.
6.0 / 10.0
We (four seniors) enjoyed the spacious modern apartment; the location was superb for walking to the harbour front and around the town. The host, Jeremy, was responsive to our calls. Although there were some repairs not completed (broken cupboard door, for one) and the A/C needing to be fixed during the heat wave, our biggest shock was that we couldn’t use the TV because it required high-technical knowledge that we didn’t have to make it work.

This apartment had everything we needed plus some extras. Laundry room was a nice surprise. The view of the colorful library courtyard was a bonus too. The beds were so comfortable...Weve never had a stay anywhere with more comfortable beds. Jeremy was pleasant and appeared at just the right time when i forgot the code to the room. Plus the location was fabulous...we kept discovering how good it was. A short walk to the harbor, nice restaurants the public garden , and a great asian market and i believe there was more to discover. I didnt like the dark hallways to the apartment but the apartment had great lighting which could be adjusted for your mood. I'd easily rate it a 10 out of 10.

Jeremy's property was spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want. There were also little extras like booklets about Halifax, and some board games. Lots of nearby restaurants and easy walking to museums and the waterfront. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is spacious and well eqipped. Although it is downtown, it is very quiet with no street noise.
There are great restaurants close by.
We really appreciated the convenience of parking in the building.
Hope to return for another vacation!

The room was perfect for our party of 3. The property was in close proximity to the Halifax harbour, so we didn’t have to drive to visit the sites and many restaurants and bars in the area. Jeremy, our host, quickly responded to our inquiries which was much appreciated. I would definitely consider renting this property again if I visit Halifax in the future and would recommend it to friends and family.

Location was perfect….. walked everywhere

The apartment itself is well laid out and comfortable. It is conveniently located and you can go to many places on foot. The host responded quickly by email although it might have been a bit better if a telephone number was available prior to our stay. The reason is because the touch screen at the entrance is a bit temperamental and did not appear to work sometime.
