Spacious, bright, modern apartment with amazing outdoor area

Very spacious, bright, newly built apartment with an amazing outdoor terrace. The apartment is on the top floor of the building (3rd), so nobody above you :) the outdoor terrace is very spacious and good to spend time there. Fully equipped kitchen (well, a dishwasher would be fine), nice bedroom, bathroom, everything very good. Huge TV with Netflix etc. for some movie evenings. As a greeting we got a bottle of wine, which was really welcoming :) also the host was amazing, we wanted a bit warmer beddings so he bought new ones and brought us very next day.

There is some outdoor noise from washing building ventilation over the street. Also there is a grocery shop warehouse just very close and the truck comes to unload every second day and they do it very early in the morning, so ear plugs is a must.

Gerne wieder, eine sehr schöne gut gelegene Wohnung um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.

Sehr schöne neuwertige Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet. Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Check in problemlos. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden in der Nähe. Supermarkt fussläufig. Gutes wlan, tolle Küche mit leisem Kühlschrank. Besser hätte man die Wohnung nicht einrichten können auch mit dem Lichtschacht top gelöst. Wäre gerne noch eine Nacht geblieben. Die Fotos entsprechen der Beschreibung bei booking.com

Mir hat die tägliche „schnell“ Reinigung gefehlt. Ich war zwei Nächte dort und bedingt durch den Strand mit Sand behaftet, es war kein Sauger oder Besen vorhanden, somit war die Wohnung sandig und wurde leider nicht gereinigt. Duschzeug war nicht vorhanden nur ein Rest Seife in der Flasche zum Hände waschen, aber auch dafür hat es kaum gereicht. Leider keine Ersatzflasche da und diese wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Musste erstmal los und mir im Supermarkt eine kaufen.

Magnifique appartement moderne.

La terrasse, les grandes baies vitrées, la grande télévision. L appartement semblait neuf.

Il n y avait pas de grille- pain. Les lits individuels étaient un peu trop mous.

Immaculate with a great host

Immaculately presented apartment that was spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed in the master bedroom, large kitchen/living area and luxurious bathroom. There was even water, wine and nibbles! The host, Christian, was great - he couldn't have been more helpful from checking in to when I stupidly locked the keys inside the flat. Excellent location close to supermarket and only a short walk to the seafront. 10/10

A little noise from the supermarket that is close by in the morning but nothing that bothered me.

Best stay we could have asked for to explore the island!

- Everything is brand new - Comfortable bed - Great water pressure of shower - Love the roof top terras - Perfect wifi - Love the little town as well - Easy to find parking space - Great location if you wanna be close to literally everything on the island. - Exceptional host: Checked in with me the day before our arrival. He left us a bunge of recommendations for what to do on the island. We asked for some extra sheets and they were very accommodating! Overall super helpful!

Our favourite apartment in Gran Canaria

Friendly and welcoming host with whom it was easy to communicate. Modern and new apartment that was beautifully decorated. Free snacks and wine upon arrival were a nice surprise. The entire apartment was well thought through and very roomy. Our expectations were exceeded by far and we were sad to leave on the day after.

Would highly recommend. The best place we stayed in 4 weeks in the Canaries.

Very comfortable apartment. Obviously recently refurbished to a very high standard. Lovely sun terrace on the roof.

There was quite a lot of noise from the supermarket storeroom downstairs.
