This property was very disappointing. The iron was broken and the water in the iron leaked onto my clothes. The bathroom was horrible. There are holes and the tissue holder fell apart. The vent was extremely dirty and the furniture looked worn. I hated this property and expected more with the price being expensive. Never will I come to this property again.

We booked this place for a weekend stay during the St. Jude marathon weekend. It looked to be a chance to enjoy the weekend close to downtown without staying in a hotel.
We will not make that mistake again.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
The apartment was disgustingly filthy. There were holes in the wall. Faucets in sink didn't work. Toilet seat loose, and almost falling off. Roaches in the room. Giant stains on the chair. A/C didn't work. Shower moldy/mildewed. Shower handle came off. And the face-punch of the wall of weed smell combined with loud music throughout the entire hallway was unlike anything I've ever experienced.
We stayed one night because we had to be up for the race early the next day. But did not stay the second night.
I expressed these concerns with the management company, and requested a refund....which is something I never do. The manager asked if we had pictures, which I then provided for them. After that, I never heard back from them despite several attempts.
They are inattentive to the quality of the property and disinterested in the people who stay there.
This entire experience was one of the worst things I've ever experienced and these people should not be allowed to rent properties.

It was clean but old fashioned. There was no table for eating or setting up a laptop etc. but it didn't matter because the internet was down for our entire stay. This was a problem because not only could I not use my laptop, but the TV was streamed so therefore we were unable to watch television either. The plumbing in the shower was very old and difficult to get the water to warm up. There was no coffee pot! My husband and I are coffee drinkers and we brought coffee and filters fully expecting a "condo" to have a coffee pot, but that was not so. We were very disappointed in the facility and will never stay there again.

The property is an older studio apartment in an older apartment building. It had visible signs of basic repairs to walls, sinks and shower. It is convenient to the Memphis conference center, about a two block walk. The kitchen was very basic. Perhaps a gas stove makes it gourmet? The bed was comfortable.

I’m not sure exactly where they got the pictures for the room they provided but it was false advertising! Please post actual photos of the room. It wasn’t bad just not what I expected at all. I felt scammed. The room has so much potential and it was clean minus the dust all over the floor. Looks like someone forgot to sweep. Oh and PLEASE CHANGE THOSE BLINDS. Both blinds were horrible! Several missing blinds smh. Other than the fact that I didn’t get a room that looked like this it wasn’t bad for the price. The room has LOTS of potential. You should’ve let me stage it. I could fix the whole room up for a reasonable price lol. The decorator in me saw all the potential
