I needed a place to stay for a 12 day work training in Eureka. This house fit the bill. I could bring my dog, it was comfortable, well-appointed, had good WiFi and service, is in a FANTASTIC location by parks and trails, the neighbors are nice, and it made for a nice home away from home. I had everything I needed and then some. The pet rules are very reasonable (though be advised that if your pets are used to being on furniture you’ll need to keep them off. My dog doesn’t get on furniture so it was a non-issue). I would come back to this little home!

The house was small & cute, worked fine for my family & their dog. Only one wall heater, house gets cold in winter if not running all the time. Definitely need extra sheets & blankets for colder nights & kids that sleep on the couch. These items were borrowed from the parents house to use there. BOOKING NIGHTMARE. For me, there were multiply charges on my card from 2 different company's with NO explanation this would be happening. So confusing. Spent WAY too much time calling to find out what was going on. Also, who to call if there are issues at rental changed 3 times. Think 'those' people need to get things straight. Have rented from Vrbo before with less hassle & confusion than this. The Parents

I reserved this cottage as a thank you getaway for my sis, her partner and her dog. They absolutely loved it! A nice quiet neighborhood in Cutten, nearby market, pizza, parks, zoo..A great big secure fenced yard so the dog could roam, larger inside than it looks from the pics, spacious, beautiful, just perfect! And more importantly the local rental agent and housekeeping were incredible, repsinsive, and friendly. I cannot say the same for the corporate office. In fact, when I tried to add the late check-out, there were issue with the website, and the corporate office response was essentially "too bad, can't be helped". But the local agent was right on top, answered on her day off, and handled the problem immediately. For those reason, I highly recommend staying at the Cedar Street Cottage !!
