De locatie was deze accommodatie was zeer goed!

Wij schrijven niet vaak slechte recensies maar dit was het goorste hotel waar we de voorbije 5 maanden zijn verbleven. Het beddengoed zat vol met gaten, vlekken, huidschilfers en haren. De handdoeken hadden ook vlekken en gaten, en waren zeker aan vervanging toe. Het raam van de kamer kon niet dicht waardoor er enorm veel nachtlawaai was. Ik zal maar niet beginnen over de badkamer. Er lag een houten wc bril op het toilet waar je gewoon misselijk van werd. Er werd beneden in de ontvangstruimte gerookt door de beheerders en dit was ruikbaar tot in de kamer. De prijs kwaliteit van dit hotel is absurd.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The owner is very obliging and happy to help, he organised to wash my clothes for free and also organise a taxi for me. The room was nice enough and the air-conditioning was good *(read what i didn't like about the air-conditioning)

The air-conditioning was great when working. However, I noticed each time I came back into the room that it was warm, I eventually asked if they turned off the air-conditioning when I left each time. The owner said they did to save money. When you come back, you'll see them turning it on as you go up the stairs. While I understand this from his perspective, I paid a premium price to have air-conditioning and we came to the agreement they he would not turn it off anymore. The room itself is only ok for the price.

Our first day in San Juan

Hospejade Central is right in the center of San Juan Del Sur. You are close to everything. The owner and staff were really friendly and helpful.

The AC didn't work so well, overall the room wasn't that nice but it did the trick. We used the room for our first night there, so it helped us learn about the area and were to stay next, so it's a good 1st stop since it's one of the cheapest with AC (Just get a room that the AC works better or with balcony).

I would not stay here again.

Nice balcony. Too bad it didn't have any chairs and the hammock was ripped beyond usable.

The sheets were dirty and full of sand, but they did cheerfully change them upon request. Checkout time was 11:00, and we asked if we could stay an extra hour and got an adamant no. I kind of felt like they owed us an hour after the dirty sheets, but whatever. The door to the balcony didn't latch, and the balcony had nowhere to sit. The room was tiny, and there was no hot water.
