Gorgeous cosy cottage, had everything we needed.

Great location for our family visiting, quiet location, but onto the A1 and off in no time!!
(It was good to have some emergency rations and Some tea/coffee facilities provided in the kitchen for our arrival…. Thanks!
Initially it was unclear which door led to the property we were renting… typically it was the last one we tried!!! But there was nothing to dislike about our stay.

Very easy to use instructions to access the property.
Under facilities it says there is an Iron... there wasn't and there was no ironing board either and we were in the area to attend a wedding. We luckily took an iron with us as you never know how good the iron is going to be but we had no ironing board. Might be worth updating facilities or providing an iron for other guests. As I say it didn't turn out to be an issue just wanted to point it out.

Lovely to have breakfast cereal, milk and crumpets provided with butter and jam, thank you!
Lounge was lovely and comfy, particularly liked the green sofa!
Bed was very comfortable, had a lovely sleep!
Easy to find and good parking,
Unfortunately some of the cutlery was grimy and the mugs had coffee/tea marks left in them and kitchen floor could have been cleaner.
