Roomy apartment with a view, close to shops & restaurants

Excellent location, very roomy apartment with parking (via Resident Permit arranged by owner). Good TV and streaming service selections. Nice view to the sea. Close to shops and restaurants. Owners very responsive and helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable. My husband ended up with a very sore back (and 4 days later it’s still a problem). Would recommend mattress be replaced as it’s lumpy. Only one coffee pod supplied for coffee machine which was a little disappointing. No washing liquid/powder for washing machine so good thing I had my own. No windows in downstairs bedrooms which wasn’t a problem as it was wet and windy. Could be an issue in warmer months.

Great property. Well appointed Stylish and comfortable. Well equipt. Lots of space - suitable for a larger group.

Although parking charges are covered you can’t park very close to the property. Not a big issue as there seems to be plenty of parking not too far away.

Modern apartment in Good location

Very good location- easy to message the owners -clean- modern - good value

Sadly had issue with some of the facilities - but sure just a snagging glitch with a new property

Fantastic luxury apartment at amazing price with breathtaking sea views

The accommodation was beautiful . The location was amazing ! and the balcony with seating and breathtaking sea view was fantastical ! There were so many lovely finishing touches and thoughtful placements . for example all the bathrooms had hand wash and plenty of loo roll ( often not provided in self catering facilities ) . there were blankets in the living room for snuggling up . A bath board over the bath for a book etc . The kitchen was so well equipped with everything one might need & the quality of the glassware was fantastic ( often at self catering facilities the wine glasses are thick cheap and chunk ) Finally the guest portal was so efficient and had so much useful helpful information . By far the very best self catering accommodation I’ve ever stayed in !

Great location, really solid apartment with lots of space and peaceful

Excellent location right next to the sea front; modern apartment with a lot of space - and I mean A LOT, thick walls so even if some people want to talk all night, the others could sleep in the bedrooms. Everything seems to be good quality, functional kitchen so we could actually self cater. We were in over the weekend so I went to Parkrun - the start is really nearby and my family sat on the balcony to watch the parkrunners go by (they got cold and bored before I got there :( ). Parking is Residents Zone B - it's as good as you are going to get in Worthing and the other seafront towns where parking is a nightmare. We had a few hiccups and the owners were really responsive to sort things out.

I don't think there's an answer to the parking problem - we were here in winter so we were able to park in the next street, but I imagine when it's warmer that parking would be very difficult. A lot of small things were broken in small ways, including that half of the dining room chairs had legs splayed out and two collapsed when we sat on them. However I think a lot of the problems were probably caused by the last people to use the place (they looked like the results of rage rather than wear and tear) and the owners were quick to help us to try to put things right. Much better than "good enough", anyway

Great place, would recommend it to everyone. Hosts friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

The property was clean, spacious and modern, with all the creature comforts needed for a great stay. The location was great, right near the front and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy too.
