You will be close to everything when you book a stay at this cheerful, centrally-located family beach home! The Granger House offers stunning waterfront and mountain views. Directly across the street is a beautiful beach for guests to use. The beach is great for watching wildlife, beach combing, clam digging during low tides, and harvesting crab right off the beach! Just a short walk to the ferry terminal, The Islander convenience store, Beach Store Cafe, library, post office, beaches and more!
This delightful one story, three bedroom, two bath home will be perfect for your next family getaway!
The large front living room offers a comfortable setting with a television and gorgeous water and views of majestic Mt. Baker! Around the corner you will find the cozy vintage kitchen with an adjoining dining area and bar with additional seating. The dining room connects to the comfy den, perfect for warming up in front of the fireplace!
The kitchen is equipped with a compact yet efficient oven, ideal for baking your favorite treats or preparing a home-cooked meal. Despite its size, this kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including a stove, refrigerator, and essential cookware.
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king sized bed with large windows that look out at the gorgeous sea and mountain views. The primary bedroom adjoins to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The quaint second bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed.
The third bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, and a trundle bed that pulls out underneath.
There is an additional guest bathroom with another bath/shower combination.
Outside, savor al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table and patio, fire up the propane grill for a beachside barbecue, and relish in the vast yard perfect for leisurely yard games.
The private beach across the street is ideal for building sand castles, beachcombing for treasures, and even trying your hand at clam digging. Guests of all ages can enjoy hours of fun exploring the coastline and creating memories to last a lifetime. For those interested in clam digging, we encourage you to check the Fish and Wildlife website for current shellfish regulations and ensure you have the proper licensing before heading out.

Older house that worked great for our extended family and a dog. Good location near the the grocery store, library, and ferry. Excellent view of Mt. Baker and the bay.

This house is an absolute gem! We decided to brave the Dry Dock situation (no cars allowed on island) and it was so fun to use the shuttle to get around, enjoy the quiet, explore the beach across the road, and make trips to town to see Bellingham. Would love to return to this spe ial place...house was clean, comfortable, and had great communication with hosts.

Definitely will stay again. So clean and convenient for everyone. My grandkids loved playing on the beach then snuggling in after eating summer favorites to watch a movie. Incredible comfortable beds, soft bedding and plenty of towels! All cooking gear in a compact easy kitchen. We loved our time there and created family memories for a lifetime. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
