Newly renovated 5k+ square foot home that is built to host and entertain. Location is extremely central to everything Asheville - 11 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the Biltmore, & 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway.
We have enough beds to accommodate up to 18 people. If you are with a group of over 16 people, please message us and we can sort out the details.

FAMILY ROOM: Upstairs adjacent to the kitchen.

• 2 cream colored sofas (one pullout bed)
DINING ROOM: Sits 10 comfortably.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked with everything you need to cook a huge meal! Kitchenette as well with two bar chairs.

The outside of the home is all completely fenced in (pets are welcome!), re-done, and ready to entertain:
—UPPER DECK: Attached to the living room adjacent to the kitchen.
• 8-person hot tub (with bluetooth hookup)
• 10-person dinner table (under a separate roof)
• Ceiling light and fan
—BARREL SAUNA: Brand new state-of-the-art 10 foot barrel sauna.
—FIRE PIT: there are 10 Adirondack chairs to take in mother nature in a newly constructed state of the art fire pit.
—DEDICATED GRILL SPACE: we have an electric grill that stays filled with propane & plenty of room to grill out for the entire group.
—OUTDOOR GAMES: cornhole and KanJam are provided for your entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
You are tucked away next to a cul-de-sac in a family friendly neighborhood, just a three minute drive from a local Ingles store and Walgreens.
It is an extremely safe and secure neighborhood in a nice part of Asheville.
Getting Around:
There is room for six cars in the driveway and then there is free street parking all around the house as well.

Ubers/Lyfts are readily available, as well as local taxi services.
