This sun-filled vacation home offers a spacious great room with expansive views in every direction, 4 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, 2 full), 4 baths, plus large playroom. Conveniently located to downtown Estes Park, golfing, fishing in Lake Estes, the fairgrounds, and Rocky Mountain National Park. You can enjoy breakfast on the awesome deck overlooking almost all of Estes Park, enjoy outstanding mountain views in all directions, watch wildlife (please don’t feed them!), answer emails or watch a movie in the playroom, or just relax after hiking or fishing. Newly installed A/C in the Great Room and main bedroom upstairs (not entire home, just in the warmer areas). Includes washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and gas grill. Maximum 8 people.

Our group had the best time at this property. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed and the views were incredible. Location was close to everything, just a short drive away. Would love to visit again!

Property was in great shape, and in a great location to get to all regions of Rocky Mountain National Park. View off the back porch was phenomenal. We had plenty of room for our 7 person group.

Our highest compliments to the Hosts for cultivating an Incredible Vacation rental. The hosts have thought of everything. While we didn't bring children, the place would be great for that as well. Do not let the unassuming looks from the outside fool you, this place is total Class, 4 bedrooms with their own baths, every room with great views, great finishes, every need taken care of. Perfect house for our wedding party as Father and Mother of the bride. Thanks for a great space and experience!

The property was gorgeous however while I was using the restroom in the master bath, a gentleman came walking in the door using the door code without even knocking why my four year-old daughter was asleep on the couch. He stated he was there to take the trash out very alarming made me a little nervous. He said there were no cars out front, also in addition, there was a camera in the master bedroom on top of the TV along with a camera in the living room on top of the TV. This made me a little leery. I’m not sure if the cameras were on but it seems like an invasion of privacy in addition to that , our son who was extremely sick on the way up and had to go to the doctor. We called the property manager to see if there’s anyway we could check in a couple hours early. They said they would get back to me but never did communication doesn’t seem important

We loved our stay at Moment of Surrender. Beautiful, clean home with lots of amenities. Amazing views whether you’re on the front deck or the back deck. Close to town and easy access to everything. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

There is a lot of room in this house. Plenty of space for getting together or alone time whichever you needed at the moment . The property manager was very responsive to the only request we made. Easy to get into town, yet far enough away to have quiet nights

We had a small girls get away and the house was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked and the host was extemely responsive when we had questions. Will stay again if I am back in Estes Park!

We stayed 3 nights at Moment of Surrender and it was pure bliss. My husband, three adult kids and I were thrilled with the views, the comfy furnishings, the excellent kitchen set up, multiple bathrooms - paradise. So close to everything in Estes Park & RMNP, but quiet and private-feeling. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying in this home and would absolutely book it again! It is very spacious, beautiful and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed it as a family with young children, there were many nice touches that made it family friendly including nightlights, a stool in one bathroom for kids to reach the sink, and a playroom with an arcade game downstairs! The house is very quiet and nicely tucked away on the mountain, but also extremely close to town. Just about everything you need is within 10 minutes away! The views are incredible in every direction and a real treat.

Property was very beautiful with spacious living area, well equipped kitchen’ and comfy beds. Everyone from the 12 yr old to my 82 yr old hubby loved this property. We all agreed that it would be fun to stay in this home next year!! Thank you !

The property was wonderful. Clean, large and perfect space for a family getaway. Awesome views from everywhere in the house. Far enough from town to be quiet and peaceful but only 10 minute drive to town. The house far exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend the property. We look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay here was wonderful! The views, the space, the cleanliness, the stylish modern decor… all of it. Not to mention the spectacular location right in the middle of Estes Park. We even saw elk on the hill daily. We stayed for our wedding weekend and the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The entire wedding party actually got ready here. The gentlemen had enough space to get ready downstairs while the ladies had the upstairs. The host was also EXTREMELY responsive to anything we needed. We absolutely hope to come back. We wouldn’t have settled for any other place in Estes Park!

My only regret is that we didn't book for a longer stay! The home has a great floorplan & is one of the best stocked homes we've stayed in. The views showcase God's beautiful hand on creation. And their is so much wildlife & activities to do right in Estes Park. We plan to be back!

Our family of eight plus 2 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Estes. This was the perfect home for our family. It has wonderful amenities and accommodations. It is close proximity to the beautiful downtown area with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and lake. This is the finest VRBO we have stayed in and look forward to coming back.

We were pleasantly surprised that the property was better than we anticipated! The views from both front and back were out of this world! The location is so close to everything, yet feels so far away and secluded. It was close to perfection: a hot tub would have made it perfect! This was our family’s first time to CO, and we will all agree, we will be back to “A Moment of Surrender!”

We loved staying in this home! The views were absolutely amazing off of both sides of the house. It was very clean and had all of the amenities and kitchen items that you might need. We had our grown children; their spouses and grandparents join us. We loved the convenience of a bathroom for each bedroom. Lots of space to visit and relax in the great room and downstairs rec room. Close to Downtown Estes Park and other attractions. We plan to stay there again!
