Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is decent. Big deck with all day sun and great sunsets! There is a smallish downstairs sitting area that is not comfortable. The upstairs sitting area needs updating. The couch is stained and dirty. Overall we were satisfied with this house and became fond of it over our 3 night stay.

Nice home, close to bank of NH pavilion, and Weirs beach.

The cleanliness to this property was less than acceptable. Food and dirty undergarments left under a bed. Dirt and dust everywhere. Coffee grinds in coffee pot. Grease and dust on appliances. Was in immediate contact w property management who said someone would come and clean but no one came. Furniture stains are dishusting. Falsely advertising fire pit in the description title but you can’t use it. You don’t know this until You arrive to see you need a permit. When you check out you get a notice that the fire pit is for owners only. Never mentioned anywhere in Our contracts or on the site. Hot tub was not working and appears it has been that way for awhile based on reviews. That was mentioned on the listings.although it sleeps 12, Living area and Kitchen area doesn’t accommodate Seating for more than 6 people.
It is a shame that the cleanliness and listing was misleading because the layout was good and house well stocked for what you need. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything and all attractions.

Overall this property was great! We loved the hot tub and were very happy with the space! We did see quite a few ants and spiders in the house, but that was the only complaint we had. The management team was very responsive to any messages I sent them and even offered early check-in. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very spacious.

Nice house, pretty location. But there are signs everywhere telling you what you can and can't do. And caretaker is across the street. You really kind of feel like you are being watched.

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved the location of the house and neighborhood. The house was clean and great communication with property management. We will come back!

We had a great week at Deer Run Lane! We booked almost a year in advance to ski at Gunstock Mountain. You can't beat the proximity to the mountain! The house is an "upside down house" with the majority of the living space/ kitchen/ etc. on the second floor (two bedrooms up & two bedrooms down). It gets lots of natural sunlight.
We were provided with ample towels, toiletries and other supplies which aren't typically provided in a home rental.
I booked through VRBO but this property is managed by Vacasa. Had I known I probably could have saved a bit by booking directly with Vacasa. The few times I contacted Vacasa (in advance) it took them a long time to get back to me and didn't seem to be local to NH.
Our only feedback would be more/ better instructions on how to operate the hot tub & flue for the fireplace. We would definitely book this home again!

Stained furniture and rug- both need cleaning or replacing. Overall not as clean (particularly the kitchen) as we would have expected. Price was very high… hot tub unavailable. Location was great but we would not stay here again.

The house was great. We appreciated that they reached out to let us know we could check in early. The only issue was they did not have supplies, for example: garbage bags, cleaners to clean up after yourself. We were disappointed the hot tub didn’t work as it was one of the reasons we had chosen the property, but they did alert us to this prior to our stay. Other than that, very nice comfortable, clean and roomy house. And very close to Gunstock.

Place was today but just ok….missing quite a few essentials (garbage bags, napkins, tissues, dryer sheets, starter logs). Hot tub wasn’t working

This home is nice and accommodates 10 people well. Two sets of towels were included for each person for shower and hot tub use. Patios were nice and kitchen was well stocked with large dishware. There was only one couch in the main living area which was a bit tight but otherwise it was good. Very close to Mount Major. Bedding and linens were nice and bathrooms were clean and had good showers. Would recommend.

House was nicely furnished - beds very comfortable and kitchen very easy to use! Only complaint was when we booked it said pet friendly and then three weeks before we got a notice no pets!! Had to pay and find a pet sitter which was not expected!

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice linens. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub, did not get to use the fire pit. We only stayed 2 nights and we wished we had booked for longer. We will definitely try to book this house again the next time we are coming to the area. Rental agent very responsive to any questions we had. Quiet street

My family of three (plus a great-uncle) with dog choose this house for a short get-away near Lake Winnipesaukee. The house is true to its pictures: Nicely updated and very clean and comfortable. The main bedroom bed was heavenly. It was the perfect size for the four of us. Hot tub was a great feature. We also used the fire pit to make smores. The yard was just ok. On the second day we discovered that one of the steps on the deck was broken. We contacted management and they responded right away saying they would contact the local crew to fix it, but we were gone before we saw it fixed. The house is in a nice location to do things around the lake, but you will need a car! Ellacoya Barn and Grill was a great place nearby to get a meal. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed the view from the upper deck and the location of the home. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub; unfortunately they have the temperature locked and the water was far from being hot.
