Lovely twin room with a little kitchenette, hairdryer etc.
Staff were so helpful re:check in.
Will definitely rebook when needed x

Hotel was just right for our overnight stay. Close enough to the concert venue to enable us to walk.
Facilities provided were good.
Only down side was the rather excessive pre-charge (not previously notified) for potential use of soft drinks/snacks in room.

The staff were disgustingly rude towards my partner. We also didn’t sleep a wink due to the person staying above us was walking around all night. We paid £100 for a room that was even smaller than the average box room in a house/flat absolute rip off. The staff threatened me and my partner. I would not stay here again even if I was paid to. **AVOID**

Overall the hotel was good. The onsite staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern and an appropriate size and the hotel is in a good location. However, we didn't receive any check-in details and got very lucky that a member of staff was on site when we arrived.
3.6
Did the job needed to sleep.
3.6
We enjoyed having a full kitchen. We found the stairs difficult to navigate, especially with suitcases.
3.6
Nothing was unique. I want to say how helpful the youth lady was. She went above and beyond, very helpful.
3.6
We were unable to get into the building because the fob didn’t work, and the staff on site replaced the fob but didn’t check it from the outside and expected us to believe it would work later in the night. We therefore didn’t feel safe to stay and cut our trip short, and the manager was very rude and unhelpful when we emailed to ask for a refund because their lock was too faulty for us to feel safe staying.

Very good location. Didn’t really see any staff, but that’s okay as we used it as our base for a week - out early and back late. Suited our requirements.
3.6
Great location - tube station and grocery stores just 5 mins walk away. Finsbury Park in front of the hotel..
Neat & clean rooms with all the comforts. Very caring & hospitable team. Enjoyed our stay !

The pics make it look like a nice place. It's much older and way smaller than the pics suggest.I would never stay there again, not worthy the money.

Hotel was perfect for what we needed.
Due to us using the car the hotel had parking but it was a quite a walk, however there are a lot of restaurants and two good pubs on the walk.
Perfect location outside the congestion zone with great acces to the tube.
The room has everything needed for a short stay, for us the bed was a little small as we are used to a larger one. The only drawback was the traffic noise so if you dont have earplugs and are a light sleeper ask Andy for a room at the back. Staff especially Andy are great really helpfull.
3.6
Great place to stay, very comfortable room, very clean in a great location for public transport inc the underground. Will definitely stay again in the future.
3.6
The staff is very kind. It is a cosy and friendly place. Just some little problems in the room like the wardrobe's door was not completely fixed.
3.6
My first night was the worst night I had in years in a hotel. Noise from other rooms, people smoking in the private garden next to my window in the middle of the night, permanent light above the door. Fortunately the staff was very open en immediately gave me an other room for the other nights. After that I had a very pleasant stay and slept like a rock.
3.6
Staff was great, only downside was some of the cooking pots weren't fully washed
3.6
I liked the close proximity to transport links and location;reception staff very friendly and polite;the room was well equipt..on the other side the wall seemed to need of a plasterer& decorator
3.6
Friendly staff, very helpful and kind
Enjoyed visit

Always a pleasure to stay at such a well run establishment. Friendly and very helpful staff at all times.

very nice place and convenient for pubblic transport, quiet area, kind and present staff.

Staff was very kind and clean room, comfortable bed. But a little noisy.

Hotels.com should immediately stop representing this shocking place! We arrived only to be told our room was no longer available due to maintenance. The guy on the desk couldn’t give a toss and made no attempts to contact me in advance. His offer to relocate us to their sister hotel wasn’t acceptable due to the distance and travel time as we were already late for our event. We had to get ready in the car and find alternative accomafation at double the cost otherwise we’d have missed our event completely. We finally arrived at the event 2 hours late! Trip advisor reviews show that this is a regular occurrence. The place clearly has no idea of what customer service is and regularly ruins people’s weekends!

Excellent service. Let me check out an hour later. Very friendly service and was close to the underground for travel.
3.6
The room was tiny and not deluxe.
The shower temperature oscillated between too hot and OK.

Studio room had everything i needed, comfy enough bed, the service was great, the toiletries well-stocked; the food was hit or miss: espresso/americano drinks/ orange juice were great; food that i enjoyed: pasta of the day with a greek salad and the full english breakfast. I ordered the "italian pizza" comparable to a cheap frozen pizza and it was a bit over-cooked. Every day the kitchen would make fresh crossaints, always smelled amazing by the room. The courtyard would have been a lovely place to take breakfast, if you feel so inclined.
Also the hotel did a decent job of stocking snacks and beverages in the fridge.Would stay again.

Friendly, helpful staff, nice room and fine facilities. Toilets a bit tricky to find, but otherwise perfectly good.

The staff were really nice and helpful. But, the facilities were below average. No hot water sometimes, and needed to pay extra for the use of kitchen. Overall was average!

The location for this hotel is great! A short walk from the tube station and about 20-30mins to central London. The actual hotel/apartments are really nice. Good size, pleasant staff and great facilities. However no lift, not a problem for us but bear in mind if you need a ground floor room. The deposit compared to other apartments is low, so that was also a real plus! The only let down is breakfast and the accompanying service. Breakfast is served in the rooms, but was brought up to us cold and 10 minutes apart. Which means that you cant eat together! When we complained the only option given was another breakfast, which would have delayed our travel plans. Not being given a refund/discount or even the option of it was a real low point, and is the only reason I would consider staying elsewhere. Additionally, we had messaged to ask what time food service closed, yet to receive an answer. After waiting we went down to the reception but the guy at the desk was also unable to advise what time food service was available (the first evening). If we had known at the time how close we were to the high street we would have gone there (approx 5 mins walk from the hotel are several shops, bars, restaurants, Sainsburys, McDs etc - so I would recommend doing that instead!!) Overall a great spot, convenient, good amenities close by... but I would never EVER order food whilst staying there.

Friendly staff. Good price. Good location, near a park and close to the underground station. Clean spacious room. The only down side is that the hotel does not have a lift, so it might be something to consider to those who are travelling with big luggages.

This was a last minute booking for a one night stay allowing us an early morning start the following day. We weren't looking for much more than a bed for the night. Our own fault - it was stated when we checked the booking confirmation - but we hadn't realised that the bathroom facilities were shared. This was pointed out immediately when we checked in and we can't fault the staff for that. However, not only were the facilities shared but they were also on a different floor. The room was well decorated and clean. In common with some other budget London hotels we have stayed in before, the room was very small - just enough space for a small amount of luggage - the original rooms have been divided to make the absolute maximum return. The stair cases are awkward to navigate with luggage as they are so narrow, no lift. The staff asked for feedback when we checked out - we said everything had been fine because we couldn't fault it for what it was given the description prior to booking but we wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The hotel was fine but the room was very small and the toilet was outside the room I didn't realise this when I booked it. We were also right outside the smoking area so if you opened the window all you got was passive smoking

Needed a family room close to Finsbury Park and the room fit the bill. Early check in was a small charge and the room was clean and modern. Bathroom was a bit small. Free drinks, toiletries and towels included. Tube is just 5 minutes away.
3.6
Everything perfect!!! Room and Hotel team very good!

We stayed at the Quadruple Room for about ten days. The kitchenette was well equipped and convenient. Decent size bathroom. Staff was very friendly. If we were to visit London again, definitely will book with them.
3.6
Comfortable and courteous staff. Nice location as it is well connected with bus, Tube and Rail network. Lot of shops around and shopping malls nearby adds convenience.
Suggestions:
Little things like coat hanger, cup board/drawer with table is very much required. Even though I stayed for 6 days had my suggestion been implemented I would have given 5 star rating.

So the room was good and the shower excellent. We had the problem that our 'twin' room had a good bed and a very poor camp bed. Having tried to sleep on it I ended up taking the thin and sharply sprung mattress of the unstable and flimsy camp bed base and sleeping with it in the floor. We were the first people to use the room and when I mentioned this in the morning the manager seemed surprised. He didn't apologise, or offer any refund even though I paid to sleep on a camp bed. At the minimum the hotel should advertise the 'twin' room as having a camp bed, though in all fairness, they should not be using such poor beds anyway. I would stay again, but only if I got a proper twin room.

We arrived early and we got our room.
Then room is clean and has a nice kitchen.
There is a big supermarket near the hotel.
few min walk from the train station,.
