When you’re craving more urban delights, all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of the Kailua-Kona area are around six miles away.
Begin each day with a cup of coffee and a sea view from your expansive lanai, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The open layout, soothing pastels, hardwood floors, and abundant natural light combine to create a serene space throughout the home. Don your chef’s hat and take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen’s full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to turn out family favorites, then serve up your creations at the window-front dining table. Pop the dishes in the dishwasher, then head for the beach - and don’t forget to grab the kayak, beach umbrella, and boogie board provided for your use.
After a day of adventures, unwind at home with a bit of TV or a scroll of social media with the free WiFi. Even better, pop the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer and unplug entirely with some stargazing and a family barbecue back out on the lanai. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
