This is a wonderful place, the 15 steps to the condo were unexpected but overall it was a newer nicer place to stay and the complimentary wine and fruit was great! It was close to the falls but far enough that it was quiet.

Wonderful property, perfect location for exploring the Falls area. Perfect 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice and well stocked kitchen. There were bottles of water in the fridge and a bottle of wine, both of which were greatly appreciated! Very clean, very comfortable and great communication. Would definitely recommend!!!

My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights. Very clean, very quiet and perfect for us all to have a little space. We chose to Lyft to the Falls, even tho we drove our own car. Host was very responsive and we would stay here again!

Lincoln was a wonderful host! He had a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for us when we got there! The condo is beautiful and was spotless! It’s convenient to the Niagara Falls attractions and easy to get around to them! I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

The property was clean and located perfectly near the falls by car. The location was far enough from all the tourists to allow relaxation after visiting the falls. My daughter and I had a wonderful time.

We recently stayed in condo and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat. And of course pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruits waiting for us in the room, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend it!

The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and incredibly clean. It had everything we could possibly need, and Lincoln even left us fruit and a bottle of wine. We were very happy to be staying a mile or so from the falls- the touristy scene near the falls was a bit overwhelming. It was easy to drive or Uber to that area, and we did not have to deal with crowds or traffic if when we wanted to go somewhere else.

This is a wonderful place…. Everything was spotless and clean, very modern! These condo units are relatively new and close to everything Niagara while just far enough outside the busiest areas to be a nice escape at the end of the day. There was a bottle of red wine, two wine glasses, and a bowl of fresh oranges, apples, and bananas on the counter when we arrived. Six bottles of water in the fridge, a full set of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cups. Great parking… At my request, Lincoln recommended the Keg restaurant for high end cocktails and food. I made a reservation for the Keg at Fallsview (at the top of the Embassy Suites) and the view, cocktails, and prime rib were all amazing! A perfect weekend!

We stayed for one night with another couple and enjoyed Lincoln's place. VERY clean on arrival, self check in was easy. 10$ uber ride to the casino. Very well equipped with coffee, water etc and even a very much appreciated bottle of wine. Would /will definitely stay again!

A very nice condo. Easy driving distance to parking near Niagara Falls. The condo had all we needed included well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy. It appears there were a number other short term rentals in same complex which resulted in another person parking in our designated parking stall but there was ample visitor parking that did not make this an issue.

We stayed I nite with 1 more couple . Beautiful condo very clean & welcoming with all amenities except beds were too low & small for us . Property more for young couple with 1 set of stairs . 5-7 minutes drive from fall . It’s condo building with big parking lot . No fall view at all .

Couldn't ask for a better location and place. The property is very well maintained, clean and very close to the falls. Check in was super easy. During our stay we felt very safe and secured. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I stayed at Lincoln's property while visiting Niagara Falls, Canada. I rely heavily on reviews when looking for a place to stay. You really never know until you get there, however, if the property will live up to the reviews. This property did! Cleanliness is #1 for me and I felt so comfortable, like it was my own home. It was nicely decorated and a perfect size for us. Close enough to the falls, we drove but if you don't mind walking, it would be a safe, doable walk. Thanks for a great stay and homey feel.

We had a great time! The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Our host, Lincoln, was quick to respond, both when we made the reservation and if we had any questions while we were there, and he was really nice. It was also nice to stay in a place that was a bit away from the main strip and have a quiet place to relax after the busy day at the Falls. Great place, would highly recommend :)
