My wife and I stayed here with our infant daughter while visiting family in the area. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.
The great things:
- The property and home are well-kept.
- The neighborhood is nice, very calm and quiet. We had no problems with noise while our daughter was taking naps during the day.
- The location is perfect, only a few blocks from downtown Glendora (and Classic Coffee!)
- The property owner is very helpful and responsive.
- Air conditioning working well, which was very important since the temperature reached 100 degrees during our visit.
The only minor issues to consider:
- The air conditioning/heating unit is located in the livingroom, which covers most of the house, except not the bedroom. The home includes a strong box fan, so we were able to get the air circulating well, but it took a few hours after our arrival before we had the bedroom cooled down. After that, we were able to maintain the temperature pretty easily, since the home seems insulated well with newer windows.
- The driveway is a bit narrow, so if another guest is staying in the other house on the property, you might have to coordinate with them to shuffle cars if they have a larger vehicle or park too close to the driveway entrance.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

There is very little usable storage. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was very small. The bedroom had a queen bed that the corners of the frame stuck out. Very hard to get around without scraping yourself. Only one night stand. Kitchen had only 2 of each mismatched dishes. Pots and pans very limited. We found it impossible to cook there. The parking was impossible. We had the wake up the neighbor each night to move his huge construction vehicles and trailer. We could not wake him on one occasion and had to purchase an overnight parking permit for one night. Living room just had one love seat. No luggage racks. We had to use kitchen chairs. We were looking for a comfortable place to stay, this was definitely far from that.

This was a great place to stay in Glendora while visiting. I appreciated the cleanliness and it felt safe. The electronic lock was great and easy to use. It would be nice to have a few more kitchen supplies/towels and some smaller hand towels for the bathroom. Since I didn't cook much or do very much in the kitchen, it wasn't so bad this trip, but a few more things would be nice. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen table was nice - great sized space for the price. Thanks very much!

The unit was very clean and well-equipped. A/C worked well, shower had good water flow and plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the downtown Glendora shopping district.

The property was exactly as described. Appears to be a newer remodel. This was a great alternative to a hotel in the Pasadena area. We will definitely stay her again for future trips in the area. Quiet and friendly appearing neighborhood.
