Everything was perfect and the staff was so nice. They helped us arranging ATV/quad to move around the city.

Really nice property. The decor is amazing and really modern. The breakfast was more than expected. Friendly staff!
So nice to have a private little pool!
The location is a little difficult. It’s around 10-15 mins walk to a bus stop or taxis are really expensive to get to Oia /Thira. We hired a car which was easy through the property.
Slight funny smell from the bathroom but nothing major!

Unparalleled Santorini Retreat at Victoria Caves
From the moment we set foot within the welcoming embrace of Victoria Caves, nestled in the heart of Santorini, it was evident that we had stumbled upon an unparalleled gem. This hidden sanctuary, adorned with understated elegance, luxurious comforts, and genuine warmth, far exceeded our expectations. Our stay at this exceptional establishment was a harmonious blend of comfort, relaxation, and personalized care.
Upon arrival, the staff's (especially Alex) sincere and warm welcome made us feel like cherished guests from the outset. Their genuine hospitality and commitment to making our stay extraordinary set the stage for an experience that felt more like visiting dear friends than simply being patrons. Their insightful suggestions for exploring local attractions and off-the-beaten-path treasures enriched our journey immeasurably.
Our accommodations were a seamless fusion of contemporary refinement and bohemian architecture .The spacious room was a haven of comfort, inviting us to unwind and rejuvenate. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the private plunge pool that graced our terrace. Each dip was a luxurious retreat, offering us a serene escape from the demands of daily life.
Maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness, the hotel upheld the highest standards of hygiene. The diligent housekeeping team ensured that our surroundings were consistently immaculate, contributing to an overall sense of tranquility and ease.
Although the hotel itself didn't house a restaurant, a dining establishment was conveniently situated nearby. Our mornings began with a delectable breakfast served in our roomxFrom freshly baked pastries to tantalizing local treats, each meal was a culinary journey celebrating the rich flavors of Santorini.
However, what truly set Victoria Caves apart was the staff's unwavering dedication.

The facility itself is nice and well taken care of.
The property owner decided on day 3 of our stay to charge 30 euro per day for an infant. This was a huge surprise for us. Had we been told this upfront it would not have been a problem. Seems shady to charge 30 euro per night for an infant who isn’t even given breakfast at the facility and later to find out they also just wanted cash at the end for the payment vs card. Will never stay here again and tell others to avoid.

Great design - new facilities.
Sort of a drive from the main areas

Everything was super clean from day one arriving at the property and it they kept it clean every single day!
Alex was a great host and a great guy, he gave us really good tips and recommendations on what to do on the island.
Couldn't ask for a better service as it was better than expected.
I recommend Victoria Caves to anyone, from a couple to a family, you won't regret it!
Thanks Alex!
Kind regards,
Isa A.

We stayed 3 nights here at Victoria Caves, was absolutely stunning, the room was huge, clean and very modern. The private pool outside was a great addition and the location was perfect if you prefer to be away from the hustle & bustle as we do...very relaxing. Alex the host was more than accomadating and helpful. Thankyou for a great experience 😊

The breakfast was perfect, just as expected! the staff were attentive, funny. One of the guys Alex at the front desk has the best haircut i have ever seen. Something like a young David Beckham for any ladies that are interested LOL
The rooms was extremely clean, everything is pretty much brand new and the property is tucked away in an excellent location

This hotel has very friendly staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable bedding and bathroom supplies, and outstanding interior design! Breakfast can be ordered in advance and consists of a main menu of your choice, delicious bread and freshly squeezed orange juice, delivered to your room at the appointed time the next morning. The manager and the front desk staff are very nice, they will introduce you to the good places around and help you call a taxi. We also tried their recommended cruise project, very wonderful experience! If we have the chance to visit Santorini again, we will very possibly book this hotel again!

The cave room was amazing, private and totally in the santorini vibe.
There is no breakfast buffet meaning that guests are limited to the amount of food they can have which is quite small for some adults.

Everything was perfect. This is unique and brand new hotel with private villas. Besides the luxury, its also cool that you are really inside the caves. So, no need for air condition during hot days, which is amazing if you are having issue with air conditions and alergy. Something also nice is the parking next to the object, which is not so often in Santorini. Alex, the manager was always there for us and provides great service. Excelent!!!

Our stay at Victoria Caves was wonderful! Their welcoming gave us a home comfort feeling from the minute we walked in. Alex the manager gave us recommendations of further things to do on the island. Which were all great. The bedrooms were very clean. The jacuzzi at the hotel was the best part bc you could chill at the end of your day.

I always read reviews to help me decide on where to stay however due to the recent opening of this accommodation there were very few at the time of booking. I am SO glad we decided to stay here despite the minimal reviews because it was my favourite of the trip! My husband and I stayed in Greece for 12 days between 5 different accomodations and this was hands down the BEST! The room was unbelievable! We originally booked the Cave Suite with Hot-tub, however, it was our honeymoon and were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Cave Two Bedroom Suite with Hot-tub, and HOLY this room was unreal! Stunning room with great aesthetic (very instagram worthy for those who are into that type of thing). Staff are really friendly and helpful, they gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat, and as they are Santorini locals they know what they are talking about! The manager Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We spent two hours talking to him upon check out as he was so friendly and he continued to give us recommendations for the remainder of our time on a different part of the island. Breakfast comes to your room every morning at whatever time you request. It is prepared off site so it may arrive a little later than the arranged time so keep that in mind. It also comes in takeaway format due to it being prepared off site but that didn't bother us; it was delicious! Location is nice if you want a bit of peace and quiet however you will need transport to get around as it's a little too far to walk to the central areas. This place hasn't been open for long so take advantage of this 5 star accommodation for the very affordable price it is advertised for. 10/10 we will be back!

Clean, modern, good location, good value for money, nice bathroom with double sink and shower, nice breakfast options, and Alex came through with his top class recommendations 👌🏽 also good sized jacuzzi pool which was private use at front of property
Just had an issue with the light switch but nothing major

Undoubtedly the best choice of accommodation. Absolutely unique design and very pleasant staff. Breakfast in the form of ala carte. If you want to explore the island, then the ideal location, everything is a short drive away. The only thing missing from self-evident perfection was the view of the Caldera.

it’s only been open a month so it’s very clean. Nice interior design and very comfortable bed. the little hot tubs are a nice touch. it was good value as it’s a lower price to attract customers as it’s new. Manager was nice and brought my heavy suitcase from my car to the room. Nice towels and bathrobe. lighting great. Breakfast is included and delivered from a local cafe.
There are a few teething problems as it’s new which I’m sure they will sort out over the next few months. There was no plates, cutlery, nothing in the kitchenette. No appliances. No bottled water in the mini fridge which was strange for Greece, even cheap hotels do this. Only one coffee capsule which again is strange and ungenerous. Only had 2 tiny coffee cups and 2 tiny spoons. 2 glasses. that’s it. Very strong new paint smell. Not sure the air conditioning was working properly. My hot tub wasn’t working but they let me use the neighbouring apartments one.
There is little privacy, lots of hotels/apartments opposite so no view. There should be big umbrellas to shield from the sun on the terrace of my apartment and to provide a privacy screen. Close to the airport so there is some noise. I had a car and without that it would be difficult and expensive to get around using taxis. It has potential but I think they’ve opened a bit too soon.

We were among the first guests and I must say i feel honored for all the care guys! amazing place with peaceful vibes, architect did a great wrk with the place and we honestly felt it was the perfect spot - Vothonas - as we had a cozy "nest" in the island's center and could drive anywhere from there! the hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day
