1900's build with some lovely upgrades. Enjoyed the patio and fenced yard for our dog! Great wifi, appliances, and electronics. Host was fantastic with easy check in and quick response to questions.

We were very happy with our stay at this property and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. It is in a great location, perfect size and very welcoming. The communication with the property manager was timely & helpful. The few minor issues were more personal preference items and did not warrant a negative review.
Again, we will definitely consider staying at this property again in the future as our son will be a Loper football player in the Fall!!
Thank you for a great stay!!

The house is very cute and welcoming. The only improvement would recommend is improve main bed. All mattresses were not comfy. Backyard was perfect for what we needed. The host communicated with us well.

A charming little house with all the necessities, including a fenced yard with a privacy fence. There’s a seating area outside as well.
The house is a few blocks away from The Bricks (downtown) so honestly, you can park your car and walk on over. We walked up to SmallCakes and got a couple cupcakes for breakfast too.
The main bed is super comfy, and plenty of pillows. The area is pretty quiet, a nice place to walk around, and we couldn’t hear any outside noise at night.
We found some card games to play before and after dinner, and although we’d been there before, the visitor brochures were helpful - the Archway is quite a surprise - not at all what we expected when we decided to go. We also stopped by the Firefighter Museum and they have an incredible collection to take in and learn about firefighting history.
We had to make last minute change to our travel plans, and Maggie was super accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed another wonderful stay in this cute home. Maggie made check-in and check-out a breeze and always replies promptly. We enjoyed the spacious living room, where we could lay out and organize all of our “stuff,” and the evenings on the deck were relaxing. We’ll be back! Thanks!

The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is super clean, great hot shower, walking distance to store and a good local brewery. It is only a 20 minute drive to Audubon’s Rowe Crane Sanctuary and 20 minutes to Prairie Wind Greater Prairie Chicken tour. Kitchen has all the dishes and utensils you could need, there is a great fenced backyard for your dog and with a lighted outdoor patio. Thank you for a nice stay in Kearney.

Location was very convenient. All updates are done with great taste. I personally stay in VRBO to take advantage of the kitchens. This kitchen was beyond poorly stocked. pots and pans clearly bought from a good will type and just thrown in. The drawers instead of being stocked with cooking untensils are loaded with junk. Bathroom drawers have some guest items thrown in with personal items that seem to belong to someone else. If you don't want to cook, this is a great vacation rental. Owners respond quickly.

We enjoyed staying in this historic home while visiting family in the area. Each room had ample space to settle in, and check-in and check-out were easy. It was perfect for our family of four. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, and we definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect spot for visiting our UNK student and we got to bring the dogs which made her weekend! The house was cozy and comfortable and the completely fenced back yard was a huge plus!

Not a premier property. Filthy! Shower curtain was disgusting. Tub was disgusting. Walls, windows, light switches are filthy.
Smells terrible. Kitchen reeks!
Not worth a fenced in backyard.
I put on rubber gloves and cleaned kitchen sink and tub.
I sent message to owner. She had spunges, shower liner, and sink stoppers dropped off in plastic bag at front door!
I do not recommend this property! Wish I could include photos.

Adorable house in convenient location. Owners have thought of every detail when decorating and stocking this great little house. In town for a conference and all hotels were booked, this worked out great. I would make note that there are no private bedrooms as the doors are glass with no covering. Made for tricky clothing changes with other people in the house. That is the only thing I would change.

3 adults stayed for 4 nights. The house was a great alternative to a hotel. Maggie was very helpful and response in answering questions or helping out. Thanks for resetting the Wi-Fi and delivering a hair dryer. :)

Our business had consultants stay at this location for longer stay. They commented that the house was very clean, cute decor and had everything they needed. We will continue to use this house for our business guests. Owner was very nice and very easy to work with!

My mom, my dog, and I stayed here when we came to Kearney for a long weekend to see the sandhill crane migration.
The house is so great and comfortable! There's a beautiful living room and kitchen, and a perfect fenced-in backyard if you're bringing a dog. It also has a great deck with patio furniture and the cutest patio lights. It was great for enjoying the spring weather during the day and relaxing in the evening.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and they had dog bowls, tennis balls, waste bags, and other supplies there for pups.
I'd stay here again if I was in the area and recommend for other folks looking for a place in Kearney.
