A studio apartment attached to Blackberry Manor circa 1872 and lovingly restored to highlight its rich history.
Hosts Beth and Peter are excited for guests to experience the beauty of the exposed Veneklasen brick, 100-year-old hardwood floors, and the view of horses in the backyard.
Spacious parking and wi-fi.

Four areas make up this cozy studio-apartment-style space.
The first area is a living room where you’ll find a large comfy couch, desk/workspace, queen-size bed, and wardrobe with fresh linens.
The second area is a cozy reading space next to a large window that looks out to a church steeple with a rooster weathervane on top.
The third area is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and beautiful old radiator that actually warms up the toilet paper above it on a cold day.
The fourth is a kitchen with beautiful exposed local Veneklasen brick, butcher block countertop, a new cast-iron sink with pulldown faucet, an electric stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer, and a table with two chairs. This space also features a custom-made shelf above the sink from hand-lumbered wood found in our 120+-year-old barn. We hope you’ll find it as beautiful as we do. The kitchen contains the items you need to prepare food if desired.
While the charm is something we love, this is an old house, and you may hear our girls, the dog bark, or footsteps above. This has not been an issue with any of our guests so far, but we'd rather you be prepared than surprised.
