Perfect for good secluded good views!

Amazing view and people! Good WiFi and private rooms with fan. It can get a bit hot in the rooms in the daytime, but simply step outside and chill in the restaurant/bar where the breeze cools you down. Very nice food and the most amazing and welcoming hosts!

Great hospitality makes up for unfinished room - Okay for 3 nights, otherwise not the best value for money

- Super friendly and proactive staff! They think along and help out in any situation. They try their best to get the best outcome for any situation. - Owner Anne is reliable and available to contact any time of the day, offers a bike rental ans helps out where she can - the view is amazing - unlimited cool drinking water

(Maybe this was particularly to our room, however): - the sheets were fresh, however, the rest of the room had spider webs, particles from insects that came through the roof - no sink, poor shower and water pressure, just a raw toilet seat with no „ring“ to sit on - no Wifi - the look didn‘t function as you could just push the door open - the fan was very dusty and frankly, useless - no AC - DO NOT be afraid of insects - the hut was built very provisionally

Leben wie Filipinos mit Hammer Aussicht

Die Aussicht natürlich. Die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und immer hilfsbereit (ich habe nach einem Klebstoff gefragt, daraufhin ist ein Mitarbeiter los gefahren um einen zu besorgen & wir hatten nach einem Heiler gefragt und wurden dann ebenfalls von einem Mitarbeiter zur Heilerin begleitet). Außerdem sind sie sehr unterhaltsam. Das Essen dort war sehr lecker und billig (wir hatten das Pancit ohne Fleisch und Ei, wurde auch auf unseren Wunsch so gemacht). Die Hunde dort sind sehr lieb, auch wenn "Barney" immer bellt wenn jemand kommt. Achja, es sind Streuner. Aber die sind immer da. Es war sehr günstig. Es gab kostenlos Trinkwasser. Sie organisieren soweit wir wissen auch ein Tricycle etc., eigentlich alles was man fragt.

Das kleine Häuschen war doch äußerst klein. Es gab keine Möglichkeit seine Sachen wirklich auszupacken. Es gab immer wieder Ameisen, was nicht schlimm ist, allerdings hatten wir noch kein "Bett", und da ist es dann etwas unangenehm. Sollte sich aber ändern, das Bett wird gebaut. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Der Weg hoch auf den Berg ist manchmal doch etwas herausfordern. Gerade bei Nacht & wenn man einen Roller mit schlechtem Licht hat (nicht gerade selten dort). Wir haben ne Stirnlampe angezogen. Es gibt nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen und das "Bad" war draußen. Es wurde nicht oft sauber gemacht. Die Sitzmöglichkeit war draußen direkt vor dem Häuschen etwas eng. Der Tisch musste immer zur Seite damit man rein kommt (schwerer Tisch). Und es gab leider nur einen Vorhang der nicht ganz unsere Türe bedeckt hat und die zwei "Fenster" rechts und links vom Häuschen waren nicht bedeckt. Klar es laufen ggf nur 1 oder 2 Personen vom anderen Häuschen vorbei, aber es ist doch nicht so angenehm.

Très belle vue mais logement sommaire

La vue incroyable avec coucher de soleil, grand lit confortable, personnel très agréable

Salle de bain minimaliste et très petite (cuvette unique sans abattant ni chasse d’eau ni douchette, seau, pommeau de douche sans aucune pression ni aucune eau chaude), notre chalet était à côté de la terrasse du resto.

Spectacular Views!

Had a very pleasant stay! The room was comfortable and it had a private terrace that offered stunning views of the island! The hot shower was a nice touch but better were the views from it too! Being just a 5-10 minute ride from Siquijor Port was very convenient for us after arrival, easy to rent a bike and get straight to the guesthouse. The bar/restaurant served good meals and had a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a cold drink before bedtime. Anne's friendliness was a highlight. She even helped with our luggage to the next hotel and back to the port. Great service all around!

There were lots of ants in the room and a very big spider by the door (which was kindly and quickly removed by the staff :) following our request) - It's understandable to find insects as the accommodation is surrounded by trees, but we found it slightly intimidating. Luckily they stayed by the wall and the roof but never over our belongings.

La chambre est vraiment très petite (quasi impossible d’ouvrir une valise), ça ne semble pas fini (murs non peints, pas de rideaux aux fenêtres pour dormir, une photo de la salle de bain serait nécessaire pour savoir à quoi s’attendre…) Les hôtes n’ont pas été très arrangeants avec nous pour trouver un tricycle pour repartir car à savoir, les tricycles ne montent pas facilement jusque ci haut et de plus nous étions censés payé par carte avec Booking mais une fois sur place ils ne prenaient que du cash et ont essayé de nous faire payer la chambre plus cher que prévu. C’est dommage le lieu a du potentiel !

Totally recommend for a short stay

The views are stunning and the banana cake is worth killing for. Greg the owner gave us a few really useful tips on riding the bike he and his wife rented to us at a very good price.

The rooms are pretty basic: you are getting what you are paying for.

Rustic, simple stay with stunning views and amazing hosts.

The room was large and had a huge deck with the most absolutely stunningly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the ocean below. The sunset took my breath away, and the place was very quiet and calm. The room was rustic but had what I needed and it added to the charm. Our hosts were the most lovely people, were so helpful, generous and kind. They did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

My room bathroom didn't have a sink, or hot water, but I didn't mind the rustic aspect one bit! It is a bit far removed from town but again, I didn't mind at all, the views and quiet were worth it.

Special place with soul and greart climate 🥰Amazing view, very kind and helpfull Owner. Mandatory place to visit in Siquijor 😊 In front of the room was beautiful terrace so we can eat the breakfast totaly private. 🙏 Morning Yoga with this view was unique 💫

Our entire stay was relaxing and comfortable. Will definitely make this place our second home.

I like the view. It’s overlooking the entire Siquijor town. The cafe also has binoculars you can rent out for 20php and you can see ships to and from the island. Most of the property’s lights are solar-powered so plus points for energy conservation. Aside from good food, they also have a trampoline so kids and kids at heart can enjoy jumping around. The seating area and parking space are huge so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle’s safety or if you can be seated. The owner is great and the entire staff is helpful and accommodating.

Nothing serious but the network signal is a little weak. I worked through my entire stay and sometimes, I get little to no internet which is understandable given the guesthouse is in the mountains. The guesthouse is still under works so there is no wifi provided but the view while working is the best. They only have 2 rooms at the moment with no A/C but who needs one in the mountains, right? Both rooms have CR but the smaller one still needs water pipings installed so you need to fetch water from outside for your bathroom business. The smaller room is really small so you can’t really move around but the bed is comfy and there is a small desk you can work or write on next to the window overlooking the town.

Best view in Siquijor island

The view is out of this world. Simply amazing! Awesome service, close to the port. Very peaceful. Loved every moment!
