On the out skirts of the city with easy access to the city. We had everything we needed and the option of frozen pizza was a special treat!

This lower half of a house has a few flaws but it was still worth it for a longer stay. The place is on a main traffic line so you can't have the door open for fresh air in the morning; the traffic is just too loud. You will only notice this if you have the front door open.
The nearest full grocery store is two miles away. There are several gas stations a stone's throw away but their prices are based on being directly off of the freeway.
This place is small and my larger friends felt crowded in the basement. The bedrooms are perfectly fine.
If you have a large group, I'd think about another location but if your group is a few adults and several kids I think you'd enjoy this location.
Only one bathroom but it has a fully functional whirlpool tub. Four TVs with Roku devices. Internet, parking in the back and a well rounded out kitchen complete this location.
Would I stay here again? Yes, but I'd only have 3 or four adults and it would still be worth the stay.

The neighborhood is like a warzone, and described by some IPD officers as one of the worst in the city. There were a lot of sketchy looking characters loitering around the area. When I walked into the house, the first thing I noticed was the air purifier running at full speed. There was a smell I couldn't quite pinpoint, but it was a cross between mold and either cigarette or weed smoke. The first floor has been "renovated" but the work is amateur at best. The floor feels uneven, and the appearance is that of a homeowner who tried to upgrade the house with no skillset. The basement had a very "damp" feel to it. After seeing it the first time, I didn't go back downstairs. The furniture looks like mismatched items picked out from yard sales or a good will store, with linen equally as unpleasant. The bathroom was a mix of bad tile and trim work, and I'd guess the towels are not exactly new or good quality. I was in town for a training conference, and intended to stay from Sunday to Saturday. I slept on the very uncomfortable mattress the first night, and departed early on Monday morning for class. My sinuses felt very irritated. Upon my return late that afternoon, I sat down at the counter to eat my lunch. I noticed some small bugs moving around on the countertop, and coupled with the unpleasant smell in the house, I opted to leave. The owner was contacted and advised of my departure. He denied seeing bugs or smelling the stench, and has declined my request for a partial refund.

Went to enjoy a weekend in Indy. Good place to rest for the night.

We were disappointed. The description of the property and the photos on the web site don’t represent the property or the neighborhood. It’s a very rough part of town. The musty smell of the house was overwhelming. We didn’t spend a night there, and instead booked a hotel room. Very disappointing.

We were in town for a bowling tournament for my teenager. Communication with the host was wonderful and prompt. House was adorable. The flooring could use a little work and the parking was tight as there were people staying in the loft, but they were really nice and we worked out the parking with no problem! Would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay again.

Me and my friends spent the night here after The Grateful Dead concert. Gated back parking is really nice and makes you feel safe. Inside is a little dated but I really enjoyed it. Excellent choice of towels!
