You will have access to the entire home except the supply closet. You also have access to the 2 car garage.
Check-in is anytime after 4pm. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee - please inquire.
This home is located in Cottonwood-Verde Village. This is a residential area that is home to families and retirees. Please be respectful of the neighbors and follow quiet hours between 10pm-7am.
A car is required for exploring nearby attractions. Free parking is provided for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
There is 1 security camera located at the front entry to the house, the purpose of this camera is to prevent parties and damage to the home.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
