La struttura è molto graziosa e il receptionist sempre a disposizione perchè vive con noi

Se quello che cercate è la vicinanza alla spiaggia, ebbene, ve la troverete di fronte. La mattina appena svegli, se non state attenti a dove mettete i piedi, vi trovate direttamente dentro la piscina, e una volta usciti dall' hotel, avrete la spiaggia di fronte!

Non è molto vicino al centro, bisogna essere autominiti per raggiungere locali e negozi. La sera non sarà facile uscire da soli se non si ha un motoconcho di fiducia o un mezzo proprio.

The property was very clean, it was in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and the town. The staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was very cool and clean.

The parking was very tough, in our stay we never had hot water. A lot of mosquitos and we didn’t have wifi until the last day and it was slow. You can also expect loud music at night from other guests

Overall very pleasant. Nice that it only had 6 units on property. Very laid back.

Location great. Ease to pool great. Service great.

Old and missing kitchenware. Small refrigerator that did not close properly so had iced up freezer. The iron gates on unit turned me off......made it feel like a prison.

It was a good stay on the whole, but attention is need to not have the basics not working or broken.

The location was very good and close to the beach. There is a lot of construction all around the property so it was quite noisy most of the time during the day..

There were lots of repairs that were needed in some of the units. Some had no working fans at all. The WIFI was not good and would work about 50% of the time. The hot water was also not dependable.

The pool was nice and we were by ourselves most of the time, there are a lot of small restaurants nearby and the staff was nice

First thing was that they didn't have enough utensils in the kitchen, no hot water in the bathroom upstairs, and the fan doesn't work on the lower floor. Overall it wasn't that bad but there are a couple of things that it needs some fixing

Clean place ! Good location!!! Don’t use the electricity!

You have to pay for your electric!!! They said we use 16.00 in 2 days . We got there late to check in and we left early . Electric for a month would be over 400 dollars lol DOES NOT SEEM CORRECT!

My worst experience in booking by far! Not recommend

The pool, location and air-conditioning was the only good thing.

- The communication with the staff was horrible, I wrote on WhatsApp for the inconveniences and they answered the day before. - When we arrived at night the property was without electricity and the don't even have an alternative, even the day before it happened again. - In the bathroom upstairs the toilet was broken, when you flush it it overflowed. The hot water did not work, also we even ran out of water the next day. - The facilities looked very neglected, the couch was so dirty and the living room and kitchen had a very strange smell. - It was so disappointed because I stayed at the same property like 6 years ago with friends and everything was good at that time, but apparently they have a new administration that doesn't take care of this place.

good value for money, good location, mosquitos are an issue,unreliable water/electricity

swimming pool, large rooms, high ceilings, very friendly and helpful administrators. Location is ok, you need about 40min walk to a supermarket or a 2-3minute taxi-motorbike ride. if you are ok the motorbike then location is perfect. we were happy to walk along the beach.

Unfortunately, electricity and water were frequently not working , about once every 2 days. Internet was a very poor , I would advise buying a local SIM card. there are no mosquito nets on the windows, we had brought our own, to put on, otherwise mosquitos are a huge issue. Advice to the owners: please add mosquito nets on all windows! once we had put the nest on everything was fine though! rooms are clean, but cleaning personnel needs to be equipped with a vacuum cleaner to remove some old spider webs from the ceilings.

Quaint, relaxing get away. Beautiful beach, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. Perfect vacation choice, any time of the year!

Because of the recent hurricane, there was no internet service available, but that was temporary.

one night trip

The location was good, a lot of things to do around. the beds were comfortable. big for a group. amazing outdoors.

The property needs to be remodeled, one of the sofas were broken and i sat and felt. i saw that in other reviews and they haven’t fix it yet. the villa was not clean enough and the pool wasn’t clear.

The host was very kind and friendly, the staff also speak English , property is very clean, and right in front of the beach, it's what I wanted, just a suggestion, I would prefer another air-conditioned in the livingroom

Excellent location!

The location is great. The beach is right across the street. The personnel is very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived there was not electricity hence no water. And our final day the same problem. There was electricity in the street but not in the villa. The kitchen utensils need to be changed as they are very used and damaged. There was construction noise next to the villa.

Great location, facilities need a remodeling

1 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, own pool.

The facilities need a remodeling, kitchen hardware is pretty used and we had an accident by the living room (a chair broke after my wife sat down once). The chair looked like it had been broken before and not repaired adequately.

Only air conditioning in the bedroom..no tv..had to be hot and sweaty all day..until go to bed...if there was a TV in bedroommight have been better..the a/c wasn't really even big enough for the bedroom...nice apartment great locatiin..could easily be a 10 if it had a/c downstairs and a TV in upstairs bedroom

Ideal location, a spacious appt, a 24 hrs pool

A very active construction site just behind the appt, a stale dirty smell in the rooms, weak unstable wifi, a good- sized useless tv with neither channels on nor netflix.
