Our family had an awesome time...would definitely stay here again!

Good location, clean cabin.

First impression was another good cabin. Then we noticed the dog hair on couch, chairs, floor. The property management company, Vacasa, did not follow up and take care of it as they stated via text. The cabin itself is perfect location and cute. But when you have someone else’s dog hair all over your shoes and clothes it’s a bit ick. They need to clean a lot better after fur babies have been visiting.

Well furnished cabin that was a perfect place to unwind after exploring Rocky Mountain National park. Appreciated being able to bring our dog!

Upon arrival we found the hall bath toilet was leaking and could not be used. Contacted property management (you can only text with them... no live person to talk to) and was told it was out of hours and they couldn't help. I continued to text and request updates as they were not proactive AT ALL. 24 hours later I received a call from a plumber who was great, and came to fix the issue. It took him 3 hours to resolve. 26 hours of my 42 hour stay 5 adults had to share 1 bathroom.
I felt like property management didn't care about this "inconvenience" or that I was unhappy. They had my money and if I handn't spent my first 24 hours hounding them it would not have been fixed at all during my stay.

All in all it was a very nice stay and experience.

Comfy beds, full kitchen, living area, fire pit and great location. Enough room for our family of six to sleep and recharge before exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Grand Lake. We will definitely be back!
