Very disappointing and unhappy experience for a seasoned traveler used to nice accommodations!
Clean, Large Refrigerator, Microwave helpful and needed.
Communication with no English spoken with Owner, with no ability to talk verbally was not acceptable. Text only. I involved Booking.com for assistance, to no avail. Requested refund for only access to 2 BRms. Only option was to move. No $$ relief. One Bedroom locked upon arrival. All bedroom doors had combo key pads. Crazy access. Too expensive for poor accommodations: VERY uncomfortable beds, only accent shams for pillows, very few towels for kitchen, nothing extra provided as Laundry could be done. Forget that! Ridiculous lock entry to gate, garage, front door, and bedrooms! Too confusing and not described at all up front in Listing on Booking.com. Received access 3 hours out, so unaware until we arrived at property how bad this would be. Bare bones lodging, and "staged to sell". Lacked beauty, warmth, appropriate furniture, nonexistent artwork, no rugs nor any carpeting, zero decorator items with few exceptions, all nonexistent and ONE TV for a 3 BRm Townhouse. One sectional couch and a table and 4 chairs for 6 people to watch television. UNBELIEVABLE for the $$$ paid in advance! There were no dressers, a lack of end tables in two bedrooms and the sparse living room furniture: THAT is the full furnishings. No side chairs. Ridiculous for accommodating 6 people when there is plenty of room for conversational chairs, etc. $1800 plus and really overpriced for a building with 5 townhomes FOR SALE!! Advertise correctly and we would have skipped booking this accommodation and gone to a hotel! Suggest you DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! You will be highly disappointed if you are a seasoned traveler and love Booking.com and Air B nB's
