Wake up in the morning to Panoramic views of the City of Pittsburgh, enjoy upscale finishes in the bathrooms, kitchen and throughout the property as well as an eye for design that makes you feel at home. Conveniently located atop Mount Washington this place makes it easy to get anywhere in the City your travels will take you, as well as close access to plenty of bars and restaurants. This home has 4 levels of living space, each one offering breathtaking views of the City.

The Space:
This property offers 4 levels of living area, each with those breathtaking views of the Steel City.
You access the property via front door which leads you to the main level.

The main level hosts the high end kitchen with luxury appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal with friends of family. There is a dining area also on this floor as well as a TV mounted on the wall.

Heading to downstairs to the lower level, you will find the lounge/bar area. On this level is the living room area with couches to kick your feet up after a long day exploring. You are able to keep your drinks cold in the beverage fridge and there is also a bar sink and countertops as well. There is a recently renovated full bathroom on the this level and the laundry room/mechanicals. Right off of the living area is the large deck to hang out and enjoy the stunning views that this property offers.

Headed back up stairs past the main level to the second floor you are greeted by a full bathroom with walk in shower and an overhead rain fall shower-head. The main bedroom is also located on this floor offering a king bed, walk in closet and incredible views of the City. Rounding out this level is a smaller bedroom that features a trundle day bed that features two twin beds when opened up.

Headed up the spiral staircase from this level up to floor 3 you will find a fully open room offering a secondary lounge/tv area with a small sectional sofa that converts into a full size bed. On the opposite side of this floor is a queen bed that overlooks the city out a large picture frame window.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. Either myself or a member of my team is only a call away. Our office is located less than .25 of a mile away.

The Neighborhood:
The Mount is an absolute gem! It boats easy access to Downtown, the airport, the North Side (Stadiums) and all other points East/West/North and South. We have a world renowned City View on Grandview Ave. Our main business district is located at Shiloh Street and offers great stops for lunch, dinner, a quick coffee or to grab some drinks! Be sure to check out the 10+ miles of hiking trails offered on the Emerald View Trail System. If you dig Architecture, Chatman Village is nationally recognized for its design and function, while your in that part of the neighborhood grab a cup of joe from Cafe Cravings, or grab a cold beer and some wings at the Bigham Tavern.

It is about a $8 uber/lyft ride to any of the stadiums/arenas as well as the convention center.

For groceries, bottle shop for beer, bakery, a few Restaurants, and the liquor store are all located on or near Shiloh. It is our main street on Mt. Washington and its located about 5 minutes from the house. The Grocery Store - Shop and Save - is at the intersection of Virginia and Shiloh. Shiloh is a great place to park and walk down Grandview as well to see the city at night.

Getting Around:
There are numerous options for public transportation - it is best to use a mapping app if that is how you plan on getting around.

The historic inclines are great for taking a ride up and down the hill and enjoying the view!

Lyft/Uber are usually the easiest ways to catch a ride.

Other Things to Note:
This property requires guests to traverse a number of steps, due to the construction of the house.

The main level hosts the large kitchen and dining room areas, and features amazing views and a full size TV.
The lower level hosts the lounge/living room area as well as a full bathroom, mini bar with sink and fridges and the large deck.
Floor 2 features the master bedroom with walk in closet, office/makeup counter, a full bathroom with shower, and the trundle bedroom.
Floor 3 requires the guest to head up the spiral staircase where they will find a secondary lounge, with full sleeper sofa as well as a queen size bed that looks over the City

Interaction with Guests:
Our policy is to offer guests privacy during their stay. Our guests will receive an initial welcome message upon booking, their check-in instructions on the day of check in. We will typically send a message on the evening of check in to make sure everything is going smoothly. We are always only a phone call away, and have team members ready to be of assistance immediately.
