The landlord Joan was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay for two nights and would like to recommend everyone

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and had wonderful meals at home - thanks to its location and the well-equipped kitchen. It was 2-min walk to the supermarket COOP and there was a very convenient neighbourhood.

Check out time was 11.00 at 11.03 the owner arrived…. Complained about us turning the sofa around …. Complained about th

Lovely decor and spotless. Nice bed linens and towels. Living area whilst on the small side- worked well enough for 4 adults. We did move one of the couches to a different wall - it made the room more conducive to general chitchat…. Particularly as there was no Wi-Fi or television access at the time.

Needs the following… decent cutlery and pan/ saucepans … what is there is cheap and poor quality. Other kitchen appliances are of excellent quality and good choice. Needs a shower mat (s)- shower floor gets very slippy after 4 showers- no ventilation in shower room. Need’s hand towels for bathrooms. Owner whom we met on the last day - was very rude and not someone that I (who has worked in customer service for my entire career in the financial services) would like to deal with again.She accused us of having the heating on … despite the fact that access to the heating panel was behind a locked door!!! She knew there was no Wi-Fi or tv access before our arrival but neglected to mention it ,,,,

Great apartment at the diamond

Great apartment . Very comfortable beds. Everything you need. Great location. Lovely decor.

Front room noisy. We stayed at the weekend. Guess it comes with the location. Child stayed in other room so wasn't that much of a problem.

Had a great time. Loved this apartment and the town.

Location very convenient. Parking no problem. Check in very easy. Apartment fabulous with everything we needed provided. Very clean too.

The room at the front got all the traffic noise which was a disappointment. Double glazing would have prevented the noise but we realise is not in keeping with the other buildings in the vicinity.

Excellent location, modern, clean and very spacious. A beautiful apartment. Communication was great before my trip and checking in and out was so easy.

this property was immaculate and so inviting as soon as you walk through the door.absolute beauty of an apartment.10/10 .

I couldn’t fault it.ideal location nestled in the heart of ballycastle.convenient to all local shops and restaurants etc.
