A FUIR.. Préférez l hôtel F1 (rénové ! Et à proximité) avec une douche privée

- personnel accueillant - chambre disponible pour local à vélos - proximité du lac d Annecy - petit déjeuner simple, peu varié mais bon.. En accord avec le prix

- odeur répugnante de cigarette dans la chambre - pas de savon disponible au niveau du lavabo (uniquement dans la douche) - bouton poussoir du WC derrière les essuies de bain - pommeau de douche vieillot (donc non économe en eau) et projetant un jet d eau désagréable (puissant et non réglable) - décoration de la chambre et de l hotel vétuste - climatisation HORS D USAGE - Prix de la chambre de !!! 85€ !!! excessif pour les prestations (même pas dignes d une chambre avec douche privée d un hôtel F1)

Eco version for one night stay only

The hotel for one night stay only. Safe car parking, nice breakfast.

Bathroom not ventilated and mould is noted both in the bathroom and the room. No fridge, sadly.

Good location but expensive for the overall quality.

Location, close to Annecy. And owners were friendly.

No air conditioning, bedroom really warm. shower not clean (hair) and shower head not fonctionnent properly. Little desk broken so impossible to work from the hotel room.

I would like some kind of a refund.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in my 74year life; The air conditioning was not working and there was no mention of this on the booking platform. the front desk said was out for quite awhile. I never would have booked here had I known this and getting there at 6pm I was not about to look for another hotel in Annessy France the over crowded tourist town. I ran the shower and it has an internal leak and I was mopping the bathroom floor using all my towels. The front desk closed at 8-9 O`clock PM and I could not get any more clean towels. I slept( did not actually sleep) with the window open (it was 90 degrees) and people were congregating below my window as they could not sleep either until 12;30 AM; In a famous tourist town no one at the hotel spoke even a few words of English. I had a 9 hour drive the next day exhausted.

we’re not desperate and if you’re not either we suggest you find another hotel

The toilet seemed not very clean; when we told the concierge he immediately gave us another room. This room was a little better but we still had doubts about hygiene here. it was for us the first but probably also the last time we booked premiere classe.

It was nearby the city of Annecy

It was impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi and we are not able to watch Netflix on the tv. The tv was not connected to the Wi-Fi

The room was not clean, there were lots of cobwebs everywhere and it smelt of tobacco. The room was very dated. Cleaners came into the room without knocking in the morning. We stayed in 6 different types of accommodation during our 3 week holiday, all roughly the same price per night, and this was the worst by far.

Better room than in other PC hotels. PIN number instead of plastic card.

Entrance code didn't work. I had to call premiere Class emergency phone number to enter the room. It was a problem for everybody with booking.com reservation. Room was with one bed while I ordered with two beds!

It's as expected it to be, and even more, for the amount of money paid

The staff was so nice, I have even forget my jacket, and the person responsible followed me to give it back. The rooms are clean, cozy and simple.

There was a simple problem during the night. Someone entered the building and turned the fire alarm on. So the security of the building must be improved in my opinion.
