We had a wonderful stay! We loved playing games at the table, cocktails on the deck and lounging on the dock!

I went with my 4 yr old son and my older parents and we all 4 had a wonderful trip. The house was truly right on the lake. There were 2 kayaks to use, a single person one and a two-person one. The dock was perfect for our boat rental from North Lake Tahoe Boat Rental for two days. The house is very eclectically decorated, had games for us to play, towels for the lake, plenty of lounge chairs with comfy cushions, umbrellas, and dining table outside with cushions as well. The living room/dining table/kitchen all look out on the lake so it's just beautiful at all times of day to be inside even. There were 4 bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, two with lake views. Fans and door/window screens worked well for keeping us cool on the warmer days. It was just 3 minutes to the Magic Carpet Mini Golf which was so fun and 2 mins from an ice cream shop. Safeway was only about 4 mins away. All in all it was a great spot to be right on the lake and enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Spectacular views from this home! Very peaceful and relaxing to sit on the deck. Only negative was that both paddle boards were missing the fins so basically not usable. Had I know, I would have brought my own. Two kayaks were good.

My family and I had a lovely week at this property in mid-July. The location is great. We would certainly stay here again.

Best view ever, right on the lake. Private pier perfect for launching out on paddle boards and kayaks. Home a tad dated but comfortable and had all amenities needed. They provided plenty of towels and beach towels and a gas BBQ.

Reviewer Comments:
The house itself if old and 'creaks' with every step in the upper floor which is annoying. However, the worst part is the pier itself which has 'treks' type decking that is old and will shed tiny fiberglass fibers into your skin when rubbed up again - extremely painful!

The property itself is incredible. You're nestled in the middle of a bunch of tall pine trees, and being right on the lake is incredible. We had a great girls trip and the house was large enough to accommodate all 7 girls. It was great to hang out on the private pier and have dinner outside during golden hour. The only thing I suggest is larger signs indicating of the bear-deterrent mats, as one of my friends was shocked pretty badly and didn't necessarily think twice that mats like that even existed. Other than that, the house has all the accommodations one could possibly want, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is an amazing house. The water access is so nice- yon’t have to fight for space at the beaches! Kids loved the SUP and kayaks. Beds were very comfortable. The house has so much charm. Loved this rental!!

Wonderful setting and home. Sitting by the lake is heaven at this place.

Cozy lake house right on the water with a private pier. Nice outdoor sitting area with plenty of seating options and umbrellas. Kayaks and paddle boards are included along with a good selection of life jackets. Charming interior decorations with large windows for taking in the incredible view. Apparently there are buoys associated with the property for rent and during the stay a group of four people came on the property claiming they had access to use a kayak they keep on site to access the buoy. After getting clarification from the property managers, this group should not have accessed the site while the house was rented. Not a huge deal, but when you rent a property for that much money, unexpected visitors should be zero or these circumstances should be spelled out in the rental description. Again, great house. We would stay there again. Thanks!

Spent an amazing couple of days with friends at this great house right on the water. Will be back for sure!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The location was awesome, and the lake access was to die for. The only little hiccup we had was not being notified prior to arrival to turn off the bear deterring door mats, but needless to say we figured that out pretty quickly once we arrived:) everything else was perfect! We would love to make this a yearly family getaway.

We had an amazing time at the property and the view is unbelievable.

We loved our recent stay at this property. The lake views were incredible and magical. The cabin is quaint and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of cozy blankets. Of note, the coffeemaker is a Keurig so bring your pods. There is also a small French press. The furniture and seating options in the living room areas need a little update. There is one great couch, but the other chairs were not very comfortable. Check out time of 10am was a little early. Overall, we loved this location and the views and look forward to another trip here in the future.

What an experience to stay right on the lake! We were lucky to see different kinds of weather systems come through. The house was clean and well stocked. There was some confusion about what was available beforehand (we were asked to bring our own coffee / filters / soap / shampoo / spices), but coffee was available. In any case, we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Waterfront home in Tahoe Vista! The views are amazing, the house is super clean and comfortable. In the master bedroom there are 2 windows above the bed and I loved having them open at night to listen to the sound of the waves. The location is great and our best meal was at Garwoods with the Ahi Tacos and beer battered prawns. We loved kayaking and paddleboarding right off the dock. Wonderful vacation! I will definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, organized and had the essentials needed. So nice that the property was right on the water, especially with small children. I do wish they mentioned that it was rock based entrance into the lake because it was a little tricky for the kids to enter and play along the shore. Rooms were really spacious but lighting was a little off and dim. I would definitely recommend staying there again.

Great property, very clean and well kept. The house is older, so the top floor does squeak a bit. And my wife did get some fiberglass splinters on the pier, other than that it was perfect.
