The whole complex is very well maintained, it looks like paradise and we enjoyed most the pool and garden area & the great cocktails. The room was large and comfy. The sun is shining into the room with orange curtains. Amazing light! We were the only guests at that time. The staff was really helpful and did everything to make our stay memorable. The dinner was very well made, they helped us with information with closeby activities and let us feel like home!
There was an unexpected electrical power shutdown from the city gridline, which got bridged by a backup generator of the hotel. The AC was not running during this time, but it was not a big deal that evening. Again, the staff did everything to support us during this time and informed us once the main electricity got turned on.

The rooms were huge, clean and had everything you need.
The Staff were awesome. Manny is the best and will take care of, and organise, anything you need
The resort has only 4 rooms so the experience and service is personal

The food was absolutely excellent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. they went above and beyond for us, and it’s a little oasis!

Really nice place, wellmaintained and with a magnific view from topfloor. Higly recommended! A perfect pool, totally clean! Peaceful and quiet. Helpful and friendly staff.
When peaceful and quiet then often comes need of transportation to get anywhere. Here also.
Weak Wifi in room, often a need go to balcony for connection.
A "welcome back" would have been nice to hear when leaving...

Kuya Mani and Ate Clare took wonderful care of us, from cooking amazing food to arranging excursions. The rooms we stayed in were huge and clean with excellent hot showers and kitchen facilities if needed. They provided a cot and baby bath for our one-year old and she was happy crawling around the room and on the lawns and immaculate garden next to the pool. The area around Dumaguete is great fun to explore and I hope we'll be back soon! One of the best places I have stayed in the Philippines and fantastic value. Thank you :)

The staff was very helpful and proactively addressed any question or issue that arose.

Loved how friendly the staff was.
The only issue was that the faucet would make an annoying ringing noise

The Boutique Hotel had class and decor. Operated by Swiss owner but absent but had 2 outstanding Employees. Manny and Clair which completely understood the meaning of Hospitality. The Cuisine was above par with international menu. This is a property to just go relax and enjoy. The Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable.

The people who work at the resort were probably some on the nicest people we have ever met. Each and every one of them. They work hard to maintain the property and it is quite lovely. The views from the balcony are breathtaking.
They only offer one type of excursions and we were burned bad by the company they recommended. They offer more the authentic type of transport which we really enjoyed but sometimes it is better to spend the money to book a well organized tour operator. We wasted a day of travel in a bus that drove around trying to rent a boat because they oversold the excursion. They had false advertising and even if we ever got on a boat, which we didn't because after 4 hours of looking for them looking for a boat, we said to take us home and they said they weren't actually taking us to Apo Island even though we paid the fees to go. We told the staff they should offer high and low options for tours.
