About this house rental
Beautifully curated 5 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 WC, Victorian townhouse located on a chic & bustling street, in the heart of Ramsgate's Conservation Area. Minutes from the seafront, town centre & Royal Harbour. Fabulous wine bars, pubs & restaurants footsteps away. This lovely spacious property has been refurnished to a high standard over 4 levels.
The walled garden is a little haven with seating & eating areas.
Perfect for 2/3 families or friends holidaying together. We welcome children & dogs!
*Entrance Hall*
Entering the house through an impressive reception hall with plenty space to store shoes and coats. There's a monk's bench to rest awhile/put your shoes on.
*Garden Room*
The hall opens into a cosy garden room with French doors connecting to the private split level courtyard. This room is perfect to sit quietly and read a book, looking out into the garden. It's a peaceful spot.
*Study*
For those who need to catch up on emails, you can shut yourself away in the study. Large desk and plenty of room to work.
*Lounge*
Super comfortable sofas, smart TV and plenty of games to keep you amused. The lounge is a great social space for family board games or watching TV.
*WC*
Perfectly compact downstairs WC and basin.
Lower Level...
*Kitchen & Dining Area*
Take the stairs down the large kitchen dining area, which gives access to the garden on the lower level.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking family meals with lots of room to cook and chat together. There is a full size dishwasher so you don't need to do the hard work of washing up!
There is a large dining table - seats 10 people - so plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your meal or set-up for board games. The kitchen diner is a great family space and we find that it's the most used room in the house.
Upper Level - First Floor
*Master Room* King Size Bed
The first floor houses a king master bedroom with an adjoining dressing room and a four piece family bathroom. The master room is a big room and the dressing room is a fantastic space to store your cases and hang your clothes.
*Bedroom 2* Double bed
Good size bedroom, ample storage with wardrobe space. Comfortable double bed.
*Family Bathroom*
Large bathroom with a walk in shower and bath, as well as basin and toilet. Lovely modern suite and plenty of mirror space.
Upper Level - Second Floor
*Bedroom 3* Twin Room - Single Beds
Gorgeous bedroom, perfect for children or adults. It is very spacious with lots of room between the beds.
*Bedroom 4* Double Bed
Lovely size room with a comfortable double bed and lots and lots of wardrobe storage. Double glazed doors (with screening) mean that this room can be interconnected to bedroom 5 (bunkbeds)
*Bedroom 5* Bunkbeds (twin beds)
Fabulous children's room (but can be used by adults as they are full size singles). Bunkbeds and chest of drawers. There is an interconnecting door through to bedroom 4. These doors can be closed for privacy.
*Family Shower Room*
Another good size room with a large shower, basin and toilet.
*Utility Area*
A full size washing machine and tumble dryer are located on this floor and are for guest use.
*Whole house sleeps up to 10 people*

The house is located within the Conservation Area on Addington Street, which was originally Ramsgate's High Street. There are many independent retail shops including: Suzy Nina Interiors, Paraphernalia Vintage Shop, Vinyl Head Music Cafe, The Falstaff Inn and the community public house The Queen Charlotte.
Within 5 minutes walk from the beach, Royal Harbour and the town centre with Waitrose only 5 minutes walk to the end of the street. There is no dedicated parking but free parking is available on the adjoining streets and there is also a pay car park close by.
The LOOP bus route linking Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate runs along West Cliff Road with the nearest bus stop being only a two to three minute walk. This route also passes Ramsgate train station.
There are lots of stairs in the property so property might not be suitable for the infirm.
