Really lovely hotel in a great, central location . The decor was cool, staff friendly and overall atmosphere very welcoming. We loved it so much we would return on an evening to spend time in the hotel bar rather than being elsewhere, the acoustic musicians were a great touch. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel. Really well designed. Was able to check in super early (think I might have just been lucky) but the place and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. One of the best hotels I have stopped in.

It’s a new concept hotel with the guest centricity attitude . Small things like free water and fruits for guests in the foyer, organic food for breakfast, free of charge milk available to be taken to your room for your tea/coffee, etc. The room was spotless clean with all necessary equipment and utensils ( all was new in my room) you need for cooking. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was to die for with a wide selection of food. Central location with access to everything adds more benefit.

The room was absolutely adorable--much attention has been paid to the small details. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great--just on the edge of City Centre, so not too many loud crowds passing by at all hours of the night. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but hardly a dealbreaker.

This is a great hotel in great location in Belfast city. We stayed for 2 nights in that they call a double "bedroom". It has a little couch, table and fridge, very hand for drinks etc. We sampled the beer in the bar and enjoyed the live music. It was a nice clean room, very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom had a rain showerhead and was great. We included breakfast in the booking. It was very nice, a good selection of cooked items and fresh fruit. They had a room full of fancy herbal teas too. The staff were friendly and I would recommend. We will stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel. We were there for a few days while seeing Belfast on or Ireland vacation. Its centrally located, easy acess to the Glider transported, lots of food options within walking distance. If traveling into Belfast by train (or temporary bus) from Dublin, thecwalk from the train station is only about 20 minutes but if you have luggage, the Glider goes there and a stop near the hotel. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and wonderful. If we go back to Belfast, would absolutely stay there again. If you are there for avwhile, the mini studio has enough kitchen supplies should you choose to use it.

Loved everything about room2! The decor is gorgeous, lots of comfy places to sit downstairs, really nice bar, rooms are great with everything you could need. Breakfast really good quality. I would now always check if the city I’m staying in has a room2 hotel before looking for anywhere else to stay - please build more! We stayed 2 nights but this would be the ideal place for longer stays.

From the moment we walked into the hotel , we appreciated the detail taken by the designers to make sure this was a Wow welcome . The beautiful bar and reception, there was music playing and fruit and water was given as we waited to check in. We stayed in a suite on 8th floor and cones equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay . Beds were extremely comfortable and overall the decor is so nice. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and we had drinks later to wonderful music until. 10pm. Highly recommend EDO restaurant a tapas style but European style food . Definitely will be back to stay again in ROOM2 !

DONT stay here! 2pm is there checkout time and i came back at 1pm and my personal belongings were already taken out of the room! Complete invasion of my privacy and all they had to say is they just thought id already checked out. Thank goodness i had nothing expensive in the room. They managed to return some of my items but still had some things missing. Probably now in the bin!

The most stunning hotel with the most friendly staff!! The interior was gorgeous, such a homely vibe through the whole hotel. Great live music on at the weekends too which is always a bonus! Such a central location which makes it even better, just a stones throw away from all the shops, bars and restaurants! Will definitely be returning in the near future :))

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and a beautifully decorated and welcoming hotel. We stayed in a studio. Comfortable king sized bed and a great bathroom. Really impressed with the kitchenette - we didn’t cook but very handy to have a fridge and microwave.

This hotel is unique and fun! It has a 60's hippie handmade vibe with work by local artists, macrame light shades, bold colors, and funny little signs. Breakfast is beautifully presented with a large variety of delicious food. Daniel makes coffee drinks that are works of art and goes out of his way to suggest places to visit. Everyone made us feel like they were so glad we came to Belfast to visit.

This is a nice property staffed by very nice, friendly people. I booked 2 rooms for the 4 of us. Both bedrooms were windowless and very warm. We’re Florida people so we’re used to AC but also warm weather. The AC was inadequate. Also, the martini situation. What is that?

This Hometel is a MUST stay! I was the best mum ever when my teenage daughter arrived...cool, awesome brilliant ..the best hotel I've ever booked i was told. I also thought it was fabulous. The hotel and our room was very clean, it had everything we needed in it. Having a fridge and hob makes such a difference. The style and decoration in the room was unique compared to other hotels and we all loved it, The bathroom decor way fabulous and had a nice powerful hot shower, even the shampoo and handwash was lovely. The beds were comfortable, I was a little unsure of how big the single above the bed would be however my 14yr daughter loved it and said there was plenty of room. The location was great, the city's on the doorstep, easy access to bus stops and getting to and from ferry port. The staff were friendly and the live music in the evening just makes this the best place to stop in Belfast. I cannot rate it any higher. Its a must stay and experience and will be looking out for this company coming to different paces throughout the UK.

Modern new hotel, seemed to have a lot going on. Easy walk to almost everything for tourist things and to get about visiting family and friends. Public parking is short easy walk, Ok for me.
