Perfect Apartment

Fabulous apartment, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was perfect, a short walk to the harbour and old town centre. There is a bakery and shop just around the corner from the apartment and supermarkets close by. We really enjoyed our stay and did make use of the outdoor shared space. Thank you Ines for making us welcome and providing great information about the local area. From our first booking to our stay Ines was in touch with us and on hand to assist us with anything we needed. Had an amazing time in Split and would highly recommend this apartment

I'll definitely be back!

I honestly think this was the nicest apartment I've ever stayed in on a holiday. As a solo female traveller I felt completely safe, Ines was so so helpful when I arrived late on my first night and she was at the other end of the phone straight away. From the super comfy bed right down to the umbrella sitting in the corner (I was super grateful for when it rained) there was no small detail left forgotten. It was just a really thoughtful, wholesome experience. The location was perfect (again felt completely safe walking at night).

Ines is a very kind person and a very good host. The room was great, comfortable, clean with all the necessary elements you need on vacation. We will definitely return to Ines on our next visit. All the best

Exceptional

Very friendly and accommodating hostess. Well equipped kitchen, fast wifi. Proximity to the historical center of the city and at the same time to the Marjan forest park.

Extremely small studio, photos on booking.com made it look much bigger. Could hear guests on level above.

Superb

Great location, just a few mins walk to the old town. Basic but clean apartment which does the job for two nights.

The bathroom is very small - just a little difficult to manoeuvre around but it has everything you need.

Great location, helpful host, very comfortable room

The hosts were so friendly and helped organize transportation to and from the airport for a very reasonable price. They gave us many good recommendations about the local restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to our friends. The room was exceptionally clean.

Good

Good location short walk to shops restaurants ect. Host was super friendly and helpful. Property had a washing machine which was good and terrace area with airer to dry clothes. Room is small but comfortable for short visit.

Great location with excellent facilities.

Very friendly host and excellent facilities. The location was great and within a 5 min walk from the centre. Very happy.

There wasn't really anything major we did not like. The only thing would be the air con gave me a cough and you can occasionally hear the upstairs flat if they dropped something but overall we was very impressed.

Perfect short stay

It was a few minutes walk from the centre but nice and quiet for relaxing. It had everything you could need - washing machine, nespresso… The host was great and gave us lots of restaurant recommendations. Bakery a 1-2 minute walk away for breakfast which we ate in the courtyard of the apartment.

Lovely place and lovely host!

The host was super helpful and nice. The washing machine was really useful and it was really close to the centre! Great stay!

Hot water ran out a couple of times when we both showered.

A perfect stay !

I spent 2 nights there and I loved ! It’s perfect for one or two persons ! You have access to the outdoor where you can drink your coffee under the sun ! And the host is very nice ! 👍🏼

I felt like staying more days, but I had to leave because we were in Split for only four days.

Everything was perfect. Ines is so sweet, she allowed me to stay in the apartment for extra five hours. It felt like home to me. I would recommend Apartment and Room Kartolina to anyone I no coming to Croatia.

Amazing stay!

Central but peaceful, all you need for your stay in Split

Kartolina is sparkling clean and well appointed with everything you might need for a short break in Split. It’s just a short stroll to the historical centre and to the waterfront Riva, as well as to the expansive city park. Despite the central location, the immediate neighbourhood is tranquil so that you’ll sleep peacefully. There are bakeries and supermarkets within 1-4 minutes of the front door.

Beautiful little Croatian flat & terrace

Ines the host was absolutely lovely- helped us out with airport transfers & lots of recommendations e.g. beaches, restaurants etc. She really goes above and beyond to help you if you need it. The location is lovely- 5 minute walk down pretty cobbled streets to the old town. The flat is really lovely with lots of amenities & aircon.
