Location and parking
Broken toilet and shower
1.0
The location is great. Garden was lovely.
The toilet was broken (no flush) so we couldn't use this for the first day. Shower water leaked into a plug socket downstairs in the kitchen. The fridge was broken and oven dirty with bits of food in it. The heating didn't work at first (we had to go and buy batteries for the thermostat and reprogramme it). The photos are slightly misleading - it doesn't look the same in real life. Wouldn't return.

The house was clean and tidy. Nice decor and decent kitchen appliances.
I struggled to get access to the key box code, despite asking to go in earlier then 3pm, and assured I could enter at 2pm, as long as the additional deposit had been paid, which it was. It was sent at 2:50pm after I called and we had been waiting at the house for a while. The toilet sistern did not fill properly so the toilet struggled to flush. We had to fill it manually. The heating control went off when the TV went off as the USB is powered by the TV . Most of the modern fancy looking heaters did not work. There were no extra blankets incase people were cold. It was an unusual cold night so we used our towels and extra jackets on the beds as extra blankets to keep warm. I would never stay there if it were winter. You would freeze! There was a builders van parked right outside at the entrance and noisey building repairs were being made on the neighbours house the entire time. The wheelie bins were full to the brim when we arrived and remained so our entire stay right by the front door.
One curtain in the lounge could not come down so it had to stay open all night.

Location was alright, very convenient if you are driving. Price was not bad for the size. Oh and the bathroom looks quite nice!
One of the lights blew off as soon as we stepped into the property and switched it on. We informed the host, said they were going to send someone and never did. They told us to check the fuse box, which we had already done, and they said they would send someone next day, never did. We also told them that night that the property was cold, and I never got a reply until check out day. So not the most pleasant attention to be honest. Also, weirdly for a British house... but there were only 3 mugs in the property, how else are people going to drink tea?
Also, do keep in mind one of the rooms is tiny, and there is only one bathroom.
Finally, the garden did not look like it had been weekly taken care of.

The property was a great size for a family and felt like a home from home. Very warm and cosy. Great open plan communal area for hanging out cooking/chatting. Beautiful garden. Quiet suburban location. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing.

Beautiful apartment, Very nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable. In a wonderful location in Nottingham (West Bridgeford), Easy to get the keys. The sunny weather let us also enjoy the pretty garden and its terrace. Exactly as described on site. The beds were confortable. Facilities were clean. Bathroom was wonderful.
The host was very considerate and quick to respond.
We reported a list of small things to change or improve to our host who was listening so the following suggestions should be quickly corrected. Light bulb was missing from the bedside lamp in the largest bedroom. The dishwasher worked perfectly, though the big plates appeared not adapted in size for the dishwasher, a bit more tableware (e.g. small plates, mugs and cups and wine glasses) would have been nice to have on hand. Everything was clean except in the kitchen, the oven hadn't been clean. An additional mirror in the bedroom with the view on the garden would be nice too.
But we had a very pleasant and confortable stay and would book it again for a next stay in Nottingham.
