Im sure it would have been fine if I knew what I was getting into.

The price and the friendliness of Piero. He truly tried to accommodate.

This property is just a house. They converted their house to a B&B of sorts. May have been okay, but I don’t recall reading in the description of the property that this was the case.

Flughafen-nah, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und großzügig.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit ebensolchem Bad; sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns abends zum Restaurant (toller Tipp!!) fuhr und abholte sowie morgens frische Croissants und echt leckeren Cappuccino servierte (es gab allerdings kein „üppiges“ Frühstück). Alles wirklich sehr nett.

Abbiamo pernottato in Magnolia prima di un volo. I proprietari sono persone squisite disponibili e cortesi la stanza incantevole e pulitissima così come tutto il B&B. Biancheria pulita e profumata. Colazione ottima e libertá nel check out tutto molto familiare ma di alto livello.

Perfect.

Such wonderful and kind hosts, Luana and Piero set up our 4am taxi to the airport, packed a breakfast for us, and recommended a great nearby restaurant for dinner. The room was also excellent. This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight and we will definitely return again.

Amazing property, easy communication and close enough from the airport for a quick night stay! The apartment was EXTREMELY clean, and there host was very sweet and welcoming in the morning, offering us breakfast, coffee, calling a cab for us. I definitely recommend! 10/10 😍

Die Unterkunft liegt optimal ca. 5 min vom Flughafen Fiumicino entfernt. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, grosszügig und zuvorkommend. Das Deluxe-Doppelzimmer ist wunderschön, äusserst sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Bett im Zimmer. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder…

I am absolutely happy with this property. The hosts were very nice and extremely helpful. I have stayed at many places booked through Booking.com over the past several years, and I can say that this was one of the best places I have stayed at. Fabulous stay in Fiumicino

This was such a cute place to stay the night b4 our flight home. Francesca was so gracious, and her rooms were super clean and convenient comfortable. There is a long stairway up, so if you have suitcases, be aware. Overall, i would come back again and again. Great restaurants near by as well!

Très bien mais taxi obligatoire

La taille de la chambre est top, ainsi que l'accueil, la mise a disposition de gâteaux thé et café est un vrai plus. La TV avec Netflix est bien pour les étrangers.

L'isolation sonore n'y est pas mais c'est pas très important quand on est entre gens attentifs aux autres ce qui était le cas. Aucun transport en commun n'y mène, taxi obligatoire mais pour moins de 25€ le trajet ça se fait. A 10 mn en taxi de l' aéroport.

Excelente alojamiento, ubicado a 5 minutos en auto del aeropuerto Lindissima habitación , súper completo , cómodo , hecho a nuevo , amplio , impecable Súper recomendable Pero destacaría la calidez , el cuidado de todos los detalles de su dueña Luana y su hija Francesca Súper atentas a todas las necesidades , tanto que compro y nos regalo un adaptador de enchufe que no había llevado De 10 sobre 10

Familia espectacular y Paisajes innolvidables

Llegue tarde al hotel, Liuana, su marido me recibieron con mucha amabilidad, fue asi durante toda la estancia. Franccesca me ayudo mucho con la logistica. Caminar desde la casa al pueblo Fiumiccino es hermoso. Me llevo muy buenos recurdos.

Comfortable, clean and quiet location

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They organised taxi pick up and drop off at the airport and negotiated a good price. They met us at the property, helped with our luggage and offered us drinks and snacks on arrival. The house was secure, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self-serve with plenty of options to choose from.

Die Leute waren extrem Hilfsbereit. Wir konnten die beinahe nicht bremsen! Echt top!

In der Nachbarwohnung war eine lokale Familie untergebracht. Mit Baby. Die machten Lärm bis 0;20 und ab 6;00 erneut. Katastrophe... Dafür können die Vermieter aber nichts.

Wonderful hosts make this a gem of a place

Stayed in both room 1 and 2. Both were clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable for us as a family (one baby, one child) Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts who will go out of their way to help you with any request. Loved to be able to have some breakfast in the morning as well. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Our train was delayed and the ladies kindly waited for two hours and were waiting outside for us when we arrived. They helped us to find a place for a late dinner and they phoned for a taxi for the following day. The room was spacious. The breakfast was generous, and the breakfast room was large. The private bathroom was spacious as well. The family who runs the Magnolia 140 take pride in their residence. The taxi ride to the airport was under ten minutes.

This is a 5-star B&B! Fantasticly helpful hostess, very comfortable bed, good coffee and everything-you-need for breakfast. And a nice little yard. Pity it was only one night stay for us. Highly recommended for a very comfy sleep-over close to airport.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e posso solamente dire che sia andato tutto in maniera eccezionale! Camera molto spaziosa ed accogliente ma soprattutto voglio sottolineare l’OTTIMA pulizia! Rien à dire, c’était parfait

Tout. La chambre, le calme, la proximité de l’aéroport. La personne qui nous a accueilli était adorable, très gentille et nous a reserve un taxi pour le le demain a un prix tres correct. Le lieu est parfait. Restaurants sympathiques à côté.

Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire dans le coin, les transports en communs sont compliques, mais comme nous voulions passer une nuit à proximité de l’aéroport, cela ne nous a pas dérangés.
