Whether you are coming for work, nearby family or sports events, or for vacation near Lake Conroe, this home is arranged with comfort in mind. We are located just 9 miles (15 minutes) from Lake Conroe and 2.1 miles (6 minutes) from I-45.
There are great restaurants and things to do in the area! You could enjoy a day down at the lake, a day of golf, or go shopping!
When you first arrive to the property you will see the white and black manufactured home with a wheel chair accessible ramp that will bring you right to the front door, the front patio has some nice seating to enjoy the weather!
There is enough parking for two vehicles in the driveway. This home is equipped with fiber internet high speed 500+Mb/s WIFI, and an electronic entry smart lock for convenient access.

Access to shopping and grocery stores in Willis and Conroe are a 10-15 minute drive away. The property is located halfway between The Woodlands and Huntsville which are only 25 minutes in either direction, giving you a wide variety of places to visit like General Sam's offroad park or The Woodlands Mall.

4. Outdoor Items (if applicable):
- Retract umbrellas, turn off pool lights, cover the hot tub, and secure outdoor items.
5. Final Steps:
- Close windows and doors, lock all entrances, and set A/C to 78°F or Heat to 68°F.

The Owners, Managers, or Agents shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to the Guest, any member of the Guest's party, or the Guest's visitors. The Guest agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the property.
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, including tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall the Owners, Managers, or Agents be liable to the Guest or any other person for any damages of any nature whatsoever, including those arising out of or relating to this agreement, the Guest's stay at the property, or the use of the property. In no event shall the Owners, Managers, or Agents be liable for any damages, even if the Owners, Managers, or Agents have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification:
The Guest acknowledges that the use of the property by the Guest, any member of the Guest's party, and the Guest's visitors is entirely at their own risk. The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owners, Managers, or Agents from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to:

This house was great! It is very wheelchair accessible with the handicap ramp, open floor plan and large master bedroom and bathroom. The Communication with property manager was very easy and they replied promptly to any questions or requests. The neighborhood was good and the neighbors were nice. There's a fenced yard for dogs but be aware to have your dogs on a leash if you go out front. There are quite a few dogs that live in the area and roam around. The are lots of restaurants and things to do while in the area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We needed a place to stay when the Big as Texas event was taking place (we were vendors). It was less than 5 minutes travel between the Fair Grounds and the house. Access to the house and to the host was easy. The host was very accommodating when I had to add an additional day at the last minute.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and remodeled inside. The neighborhood wasn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t necessarily say it was the best. However the people who were renting this were very nice and answered any and all questions that we had. I would stay here again.

Clean mobile home, newly painted and remodeled. There were no wash cloths so we purchased and I could not locate any smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. The Master bedroom and living room had television but the other two bedrooms didn’t have television. Overall, home met our needs
