Bedrooms:
The home features 5 bedrooms and a 6th smaller bedroom/office as well as 4 full bathrooms. A breakdown of rooms is as follows:
• Downstairs one bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bathroom
• Upstairs:
o Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom
o Bedroom 3 with queen bed – shared hall bath
o Bedroom 4 with queen bed – shared hall bath
o Bedroom 5 with queen bed and ensuite bath
o 6ht bedroom/office – twin bed and shared hall bath
Common Area:
• Kitchen complete with pots and pans enough for a chef catered event
• Dinning table with seating for 10
• Living room with ample seating and 65” smart tv

• Downstairs half bathroom
We are steps from the Lafitte Greenway and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and the best of New Orleans. We are a 7 minute uber ride to the French Quarter. Our prime location in the heart of the city puts you within a 15 minute ride or less of Tulane University, Audubon Zoo, City Park, Fairgrounds, Bayou St. John and the French quarter.
Our home is located in an urban environment within close proximity to a mix of uses, including residential, retail, commercial and light industrial. Exterior noises may sometimes be heard in the house during normal business hours.
Guest Access:
The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use. Feel free to utilize our wonderful outdoor pool, deck and grilling area; complete with spacious dining table, loungers and sofas. In addition we offer:

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the heart of Mid-City right off the Lafitte Greenway; a linear park that will bring you right to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars and bistros or head up the park to Bayou St. John, City Park and the Fairgrounds. Also within a 12 minute drive is the WWII Museum and Audubon Aquarium. Staying at our home puts you right in the middle of all that New Orleans has to offer. We are also about 2 blocks away from Whole Foods.
Getting Around:
The nearby Orleans Avenue bus line can bring you to the outskirts of the French Quarter or up to Bayou St. John and City Park. Our location is roughly a 7 minute uber/lyft from the French Quarter. To access the French Quarter, walk a half block down to N. Broad and turn left and walk 1 block over to Orleans Avenue. Take the #32 Bus down Orleans until it makes a left of Basin Street. Basin street runs parallel to the French Quarter so get off at whatever stop you would like and head one block over the French Quarter. To head to City Park take the bus the other direction and get off at Carrollton Ave. At Carrollton Ave transfer to the City Park/Museum Streetcar which ends in front of City Park and the New Orleans Museum of Art. This listing requires the completion of a Rental Agreement with the Host. A copy of this agreement can be found under our additional house rules.

A few days before arrival you will receive a message with more details for your trip. Access codes are sent the morning of check in, provided our rental agreement and check in form are completed.
