My Holiday trip to Pondy was a mess due to this poor stay

Nothing was meeting my minimum expectation

Room, Breakfast, No water, frequent power shut down, no sea view, no lift but room allotted in 2nd floor, no staff support for carrying the baggage. Poor AC Flow

Total waste of staying, very disappointment stay

The property was not well maintained and it was off all show up which they have put in pictures, the bed and pillow was smelling like anything,for was shaking and no fans was running, we had to rotate in hand,then it used run, bathroom leakage of water, not proper geyser and it was 5 liter geyser inside it was all low ,poor quality budget which are inside the room, they is no one to ask how what else you need, not worth paying for 2 days, I think booking. com need to look into such properties before taking bookings.

Not worth the money

Beds were good but nothing else was available.

They charged 7500 per room for a day but they didn't even provide a dental kit. No cupboards. Not worth the money we had spent. Extremely unsatisfied. The rooms were too small.

1.Decent and very nice guest house 2.staffs are so friendly 3.clean and spacious rooms 4.leg massager is very much useful they have given free trial for us 5. And it's budget friendly

Definitely a fraudulent scam for 18k INR for 3 days!! Beware of fake reviews

Courteous and nice staff especially the front desk person.

1) The hotel location on mobile when opened using Google maps shows wrong location! It is nowhere close to White Town or Pondicherry. The incorrect location is because there is a place with same address but different PIN code close to white town. Additionally this property doesn’t appear on Google maps at the time of writing and this causes it to redirect to a favourable location. Feels like being scammed . 2) We paid extra (18k in peak weekend for 3 days) for a room with a balcony and sea view but instead was given a balcony outside the room that was frequently used by other people and no sea view. 3) This room had a big window to a balcony which was covered with a sheer curtain and the entire room was visible from outside by any guest or staff. 4) The size of the rooms is a lie and is nowhere close to what is out on booking.com 5) Very bad Wi-Fi connection and bad network in the area 6) Very noisy with traffic and loud guests 7) Toilet flushes not working 8) No water in the taps in the night and early morning hours 9) No room cleaning was down for entire duration of stay and we had to go and request for basic amenities like towel etc. 10) No fridge (other than one common for entire lodge) or cupboard and the room was small with no amenities. They cancelled our booking when we raised these issues so we can't complain on Booking.com and I am unable ot access my credits and cashbacks. This is after we stayed the entire duration and paid full amount. We left to a different place in the end.

We stayed at long weekend time and they prepared the room very neat and clean for us whenever we ask for help the staffs are always ready to help Coffee shops and restaurants are so closer from the guest house which is very helpful The price was a bit higher as it was a long weekend but ur stay was very much satisfied

Fraud location

Rooms were clean

Location is put wrong on Google maps..., it is not in city centre, it is located at periphery... 6-7 km from city centre. Staff is not professional at all. They didn't even have people to put your luggage in the room not they have any lift. They gave us front room. Whole night so much disturbance was there due to traffic on road. Curtains are so sheer that light was coming inside the room Ac did not work the whole night. Not at all value for money. Not at all peaceful
