Perfectly located in the center of Rome and decent stay!

The breakfast was nice and well served. Very friendly staff :) I really enjoyed my stay overall. It was in the center and allowing for easy access to the landmarks either by walks or transportation.

Lovely room/hotel, nice b-fast, close to Termini, opera house. Great for one person. I recommend.

The breakfast was good. It doesn't start until 7:30, so if you have an early start, the "free breakfast" is not applicable. Anna at the front dest was extremely helpful and friendly. It's right across from the opera house and a close walk to/from Roma Termini. I think a great price for Rome and how nice the room was. Very tiny room, but who stays in Rome to spend time in their hotel room?! Very modern and comfortable room.

The balcony isn't one a person can sit out on, but it was still very nice. Very small but nice room. It had a luggage rack that allowed my to JUST open my suitcase and it NOT be on the bed, which I appreciate :-). No extra lock on the door from inside the room.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr nettem Personal

Sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Lage sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Roma Termini liegt quasi um die Ecke, sodass man sehr gut mit dem kostengünstigen Zug vom Flughafen dorthin gelangen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen :-)

Pobyt jsme si moc užili.

Umístění hotelu je na velmi dobrém místě, kousek od vlakového nádraží (cca 10 min pěšky), kam přijedete z letiště a v dochozí vzdálenosti od všech památek. Je v boční klidnější ulici, v noci není slyšet žádný ruch. Zařízení hotelu je moc hezké a personál velmi milý a vstřícný, Snídaně super. V okolí hotelu je spousta možností nákupů, restaurací, zmrzliny a večerního posezení.

La habitación triple con cama individual para mi hija era amplia, luminosa y bonita. Bastante silenciosa por la noche y las camas cómodas. Muy limpio y bien situado. El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente por su variedad y la calidad del café.

A comfortable and nice hotel

This hotel is well located and has been totally renovated. Our room on the second floor was comfortable and spacious (with high ceiling) and the bathroom was new as well and up to date. The staff was very nice and helpful. I completely recommend this hotel with a good quality/price ratio in a city where accommodation is expensive.

Breakfast was OK but it could be improved by fresh products such as fresh fruit juices and homemade bread.

Perfecte estada a Roma

L'esmorzar és molt correcte i disposa de productes sense glúten. La localització és perfecte, a 5 m de l'estació de Termini i al costat de la plaça de la Reppublica on hi ha una parada de metro tot i que es pot arribar al la Fontana de Trevi caminant 15-20 minuts.

A la nostra habitació els llits eren individuals i estaven junts, però no eren gaire amples, tot i això eren molt còmodes. La habitació és molt àmplia.

Séjour au top.

Petit déjeuner complet, rien ne manquait, large plage d'ouverture pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel qui parlait Français et disponible. Propreté au top et confort des chambres. Excellente situation géographique, on a pu tout faire à pieds.

Super séjour

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est extra: il se trouve à 2 minutes à pieds du métro Republica et à 20 minutes à pieds des principaux sites à visiter (Colisée, Panthéon...). Le personnel est chaleureux et à l'écoute. La chambre était prête à notre arrivée à 13h au lieu de 15h (heure de base). Tout est propre. C'est refait à neuf. La chambre est spacieuse. Le petit dejeuner est copieux, il y a du choix en sucré et salé.

Nous logions au premier étage juste à côté des escaliers et c'était parfois un peu bruyant: on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le hall d'entrée y compris la nuit. Quand des gens parlaient fort à 4h du matin, ça résonnait et ce n'était pas très agréable. On nous avait dit qu'on pouvait boire un verre au bar de l'hôtel. Lors de la première soirée nous y sommes allés, nous avons attendu vingt minutes et personne n'est venu prendre notre commande. Nous sommes remontés dans la chambre.

Gita di tre giorni

Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi da Termini, per noi che siamo arrivati in treno direi perfetto e a 5 minuti dalle rispettive stazioni metro di repubblica e appunto termini; in ogni caso si raggiunge il centro a piedi in poco tempo (e a Roma vale la pena camminare). Camera pulitissima con arredi nuovi e ben tenuti, staff alla reception super disponibile e molto preparato. Colazione a buffet buona e con buona rotazione di prodotti (ogni giorno almeno un torta differente). Rapporto qualità/prezzo incredibile, lo consiglierei assolutamente a tutti

Perfecte locatie voor je stedentrip in Rome.

Het is een heel mooi hotel, pas gerenoveerd op een handige centrale locatie. Op loopafstand zijn minstens leuke en goede restaurants. De bedden zijn prima en het ontbijt is uitstekend. Supervriendelijke medewerkers ook!

Sollten wir wieder nach Rom kommen, werden wir wieder das Hotel Maximus auswählen! Wir waren sehr zu

Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Es hat nichts gefehlt...frisches Obst...Käse, Wurst... Die Lage für Unternehmungen sehr gut, sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, deshalb keine sentationelle Aussicht. Uns war die Ruhe sehr wichtig!!

Das Einzige was wir sagen können, dass die Betten etwas "klein" sind..

Hotel simples, sem luxos, mas ótimo para quem quer passar o dia batendo perna. A localização é ótima, perto de metrô e do terminal ferroviário. O café da manhã é uma delícia!

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés gyalog mindent látványosság viszonylag közel van.......nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet.....finom reggeli........tiszta felújított modern szoba.......tiszta jól felszerelt fürdőszoba.....

A matracok lehetnének kényelmesebbek, annak ellenére hogy francia ágy volt kérvényezve két egy személyes ágy lett összetolva....

MI HOTEL EN ROMA

Hotel con una ubicacion perfecta! Supongo que recien reformado porque todo estaba muy nuevo y sobre todo MUY LIMPIO. Lo mejor de lo mejor sin duda la atencion de las chicas de la recepcion (en especial Anna). El desayuno correcto y el tamaño de las habitaciones pues aprobado.

No puedo de decir que algo no me gustara porque salimos encantados pero si tengo que decir algo, muchisimo ruido un par de noches de madrugada por obras en el edificio de al lado (los camiones y las gruas trabajaban de noche) y que la television no es SMART TV por lo que no pudimos ver nada en los ratos de descanso. Pero vamos... algo que no me afectó demasiado.

Excellent stay at Hotel Maximus, I will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Hotel Maximus, clean, modern hotel, friendly staff. Room cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Coffe, Tea and Kettle available in the room. The location is perfect - right next to the Opera, close to Main Street with loads of shops , restaurants & cafes. Five minute walk to Metro station. Breakfast from 7am to get you ready for the day. I will definitely advise the Hotel to my friends & family and will definitely stay again.

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe would be nice to have more hot options for breakfast , such as sausage, beans as there was only scrambled egg and bacon from hot options.

Very comfortable family stay.

The hotel was located on a quiet side street, which in Rome means less traffic and less noise. It was just a main shopping area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was a real bonus, it was described as continental but the choice was great, fresh orange juice, pastries, hot food and a coffee machine. The hotel has recently been refurbished and I think it deserves more than a 3 star. We stayed in a family room on the 5th floor, spacious bathroom, very comfortable beds and lovely lighting.
