Trés bien .Un petit éffort sur le ménage et l'entretien et ce sera parfait.

l'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. 2 salles de bain c'est super pratique pour 6 personnes. Les infos du propriétaire sont très appréciables pour rentrer dans l'appartement. présence de lave vaisselle et de lave linge. WIFI !! l

1) l'appartement est assez bruyant la nuit coté rue. 2) il faudrait revoir la robinetterie. Dans la cuisine un petit filet d'eau et dans les salle de bain les robinets fuient. 3)Un point important : Il faudrait faire un effort sur le ménage !!

Spacious, clean flat near the Colosseum

The flat was spacious, comfortable and attractively furnished with some personality. The public areas of the building were clean and felt safe. The instructions for access, and all communications with the managers were clear and prompt. Very convenient location for the Colosseum, and close to bus stops and a metro station. Although it felt expensive to me, it was in line with or better than other options for our group of 4 people.

The location, while convenient, was not the most characterful. No complaints about the flat itself.

Amazing stay!

I wish I could leave 100 or stay there forever:) Apartment is fantastic - large rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms - one with a bath and the other with a shower, which is perfect for a big company. The living room was so nice that I decided to sleep there;) It looks almost the same as the Gryffindor's room from the Harry Potter movie, but without a fireplace. The location is just perfect - 5min to Colosseo. Flavio was always in touch. Would definitely stay there again!

The shower was slightly broken. That’s it!)

Convenient stay in heart of Rome for the family

The location is very convenient. Host Flavio is very friendly and helpful, he waited us at night to give us the key. Apartment is suitable for the family, has 2 bedrooms and sofas in the living room. There is coffee and tea left by the host.

To not charge additionally for the late check-in it is very convenient to make self check-in and ask to leave city tax on the table. One of the toilets doesn't work properly. It was very cold on the first day of arrival, then Flavio fixed the heating and brought us additional blankets.

the apartment was super clean and well maintained, and the location is relatively good. Flavio was a super host, friendly and helpful, gave us great tips on places and how to get around and was answering our questions on WhatsApp during the entire trip

Spacious living areas. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. The location is just perfect, within walking distance to the most of the main attractions and close to metro stations. Supermarket 5 minutes walk & local cafes just around the corner.

A comfortable and spacious home in a wonderful location - great for kids

Fantastic location a short walk from the Colosseum. The air conditioning was great and helped to make the apartment a wonderful oasis in hot August. The living room had comfortable couches, and the light in the apartment was wonderful. The street noise was not bad at all! Flavio was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and communicative.

While the bathtub was roomy and nice, the shower was a bit cramped.

Perfect weekend in Rome while staying in a beautiful apartment and having a great host!

It is a beautiful spacious apartment near the city center and all of Rome’s main attractions. It is clean, tidy, serves all your needs and the host is very kind - he sent us in advance every information we needed, was there on time to welcome us and to explain the key points about the city, and provided us with the basic groceries we would need. All in all, a 10/10 stay!

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property :)

Size of apartment, cleanliness

Property description was completely inaccurate and living room chairs were in very bad shape. Also thought paying with cash wasn’t convenient (traveling with that amount of cash in pocket can be unsafe). The location wasn’t the best - there were many emergency vehicles at all time of day driving by, and the facility was not as close to amenities than what we’d expected.

Perfect for our family

The apartment was perfect for our week stay. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Location was ideal and owner was very helpful. We would stay there again.

The host was very nice and helpful explaining the apartment, area, and local recommendations. The apartment itself is beautifully laid out and very spacious. It was perfect for our family of six.

Spacious living areas. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Our charming host was very informative. A great base for exploring the major attractions of Rome. Would highly recommend this property.
