Best place we’ve ever stayed in Las Vegas! So clean, quiet, everything was top notch. Only place we will stay now!

Had to change rooms after 2nd night to smell of drainage but was accommodated immediately

We stayed overnight at the Silverton as we passed through Las Vegas over the Thanksgiving holiday. Even though it was busy, we received great service, our rooms were clean and quiet and there was a lot to keep us busy. We especially love that each room seemed to be custom decorated and higher end than most hotels. The pool is beautiful and the restaurants were great! We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family goes to Las Vegas several times a year and we usually stay in the middle of all the chaos on the strip. We finally got wise and stayed on the south end of the strip where things are clean and family friendly. Huge bonus that it is easy to get on and off the Interstate. I don't think we will ever go back to the craziness of the main strip!
The rooms at the Silverton have been nicely remodeled. They are clean and quiet. The service is top notch and the casino and restaurants have a lot to offer. We especially love that it is connected to the Bass Pro Shop with the aquarium. It's a cheap, easy way for our grandson to get his energy out.
From now on, if we want to go and see a show at the MGM or another big casino, we will just drive up there and then return back to the quiet of the Silverton.
The biggest downside I have found is the snack trays in the room. They have sensors, so if something accidentally gets bumped out of it's place, they will immediately charge you. You can request an audit and they will refund your money if everything is still there.
Overall, this is a gem of a casino/resort and we will definetely be back!

Very noisy rooms: thin walls and thin ceiling, you hear everyone and it’s hard to sleep. It’s a beautiful and clean place but it’s very dark and moody so it felt a bit claustrophobic. Low ceilings, dark walls and furniture… And if your room is next to the highway then the view and mood is kind of depressing.

Nice hotel. Wanted to partake in the free wine testing between 5-7pm at the Lounge and was told to sit at a table and someone would take our order shortly. No one came, we left. Rooms were very nice. Pillows were awfully uncomfortable. Latch on the bathroom barn doors were awkward. I was afraid l would pinch my fingers. A simple hook and eye would be easier to use.

It was great! The hotel/casino is really awesome! We loved it! It even has a bass pro shop connected to it. The room is very comfy and clean! We ate at the Sundance grill and it was delicious! Highly recommend it. Service was excellent all around! We would love to stay there again!

This was my 3rd stay at the Silverton. Great ambience and decor. Staff everywhere in the hotel is friendly and accomodating. Rooms are rather spacious, with adequate amenities. Comfy bed. Restaurants are pricy for off the Strip. Resort fee of $38.41 a night is ridiculous considering the pool is unusable do to cold weather. Overall Its a good proprty and I would stay there again

Horrible experience at Valet Parking and Gift store. The over night valet parking employee Chazz was demanding a tip. He said he needed a tip up front since he was going to be gone after I picked up my truck in the morning. I also stopped by the gift shop to get a few snacks and drinks, the cashier there was really mad that we bother her asking for help to pay. She was really rude. We love staying at this place, the rooms are brand new everything was great, but really bad customer service from Valet Parking and Gift Shop.

It was amazing
The only issue was they did not have the room type available that I purchased through Hotels.com
When I arrived.

We loved the Silverton! This will be our place to stay every time we come to Vegas. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean, the rooms were nice, and the swimming pool was awesome! It was conveniently located and easy to get to. And, I like that it’s a little removed from the rest of the strip.

Stay was great except they don’t offer enough hours for airport shuttles. They should tell on the website that they don’t offer earlier than 7:00 and that they take lunch breaks.

Front desk was exceptional in assisting us with room change. Valet was always quick, helpful and friendly. My original room assigned had a "barn door" to the bathroom and one side had not been properly attached and fell off as I tried to open it. I was quick enough to catch it (and it is heavy!) and did not get injured. After room change, all was fine.

Outstanding service at check in. Really nice renovations. Casino smells like an ashtray, but that's Vegas. Hotel and especially the room smells and was crisp and clean. Pool area is enjoyable.

My first stay at the Silverton Hotel Casino. It was delightful. From the time I pulled up to the Valet until I checked out, the staff were wonderful. Room was spacious, clean with some amenities. Casino was larger than I expected. Twin Creeks restaurant was as good if not better than steakhouses on the Strip. With exceptional service (Jessica) and great menu.

Silverton Hotel and Casion offers great dinning, entertainment and gambling options. It was our first time, but wellbeback!

The hotel rooms were recently updated and they're very comfortable. The style is modern and trendy. It was a great place to stay off the strip.

Takes too long for a check in and check out even with a short queue. Both front desk staffs and dealers(especially the dealer side) did a very good job on assuring that this is not a property I should ever come back to... pit bosses were willing to help and resolve issues, but everyone else including hotel fronts just never like it when they have to lift fingers and work.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Except for our breakfast. It wasn’t that crowded but we had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food. My friends burrito was fine, but I couldn’t eat the bacon cuz it was limp and cold. And the ADA room bathtub was treacherous.. Very poor design. But the staff at front desk and valet are wonderful.

Everything was great and very quiet. The only issue we had is with the bathroom "barn style" doors. They weren't totally private when shut.

This was our first time staying at the hotel/casino. Everything was great! The staff at check in was helpful, the decor of the casino was awesome, we loved the theme. The room was spacious, newly renovated and the western theme was so fun! Beds are very comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!

Shuttle is not 24/7. Ada room was tiny and difficult for a wheelchair user. Clear crusty on bathroom door.

It's Vegas, without the pains of Vegas. Parking is easy. Everything you need is right on site. The rooms are great. The amenities are great. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean! The café was convenient with good food and reasonably priced for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the corn chowder...yummy!

It was surprisingly great. The room was so pretty. Bed was comfortable. AND No smoke smell in the room. It was a really nice change from any other casino/hotel I have stayed in Vegas.
