Very nice house and location. Is not a 4 bedroom and only really sleeps 5 comfortably.

My daughter and I rented this lovely home for 6 days while she attended Butler University tennis camp. The bathrooms had both been completely redone and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with large closets. The master closet is huge and wonderfully done. The kitchen is wide open with a cozy breakfast nook, island and separate dining room table. Would definitely stay again! Communication with Kim was prompt and check in was seamless.

Very well appointed and the property interior is even better than the pictures. Highly recommended when visiting your Butler student or a game at Hinkle.

This is a lovely home, and the convenience to campus, as well as just about anywhere else you want to go, can't be beat. We walked through campus and at Holcomb Park (beautiful and so close!). There is a running/biking trail steps away, and it was an easy drive to Broad Ripple as well as downwtown. Kimberly was impeccable in her communication and helpfulness. Parking was easy, kitchen was well equipped, and the upstairs bathroom is luxurious! I was able to invite my Indy friends over for dinner, and they were all impressed with the place. It was a perfect for our needs.
A few things to make sure are a fit for you if you're booking: there is a significant pet fee, the stairs are steep, the King is two twins together, and I only needed 2 bedrooms so I was squared away but if you need 3 or 4 be sure the details work for you. Also, there's a cute little enclosed backyard, but it wasn't mown so not really a good option for the pup (not sure if it's intended to be). But we like to walk, so that wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay there again!

This will be our go to spot for visits with our daughter at Butler. My wife was very impressed.

Property was very livable and could tell it’s been recently remodeled. Pictures of the upstairs bathroom do not do it justice, it was fantastic. Washer and dryer were a plus for daughter’s college laundry. Perfect location for exploring and local walks.

The house is adorable! We were sad to find out the original listing of two king, two full, and one sleeper sofa was incorrect on the listing. We had wanted to allow our daughters that attend Butler to spend the night with us. It was only one king, one full, and one pull out sofa. Had we known that we may have found more beds in another house. The sofas were also very uncomfortable. The family room has so much more potential if more comfortable seating could be provided. We loved the fireplace! The stools at the kitchen counter are also way too large for the space and you can't sit at them to eat. They are too high. Overall we felt the house was just perfect but firniture could be reconsidered.

Great house and location. Very clean. Stayed at the house while visiting my daughter at Butler and it was very convenient location.

We thouroughly enjoyed our time here on our first stay in the area to visit our daughter that is new to Butler University. Everything was simply perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location to enjoy our stay. We were close to EVERYTHING - Indy, Broad Ripple, Butler, and even took a ride to beautiful Carmel Indiana.
The home was super clean, newly renovated and provided us everything we needed to feel "at home" while we were away. Our host Kimberly was amazing and we look forward to booking many more stays at this Home away from Home!
