- This 2-level home offers step-free entry via a ramp. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor; however, additional stairs are required to access the remaining bedroom/full bathrooms on the lower level
- While the property offers step-free access via a ramp, it is not ADA-compliant, and it can be steep and slippery when wet, so please use caution
- This property may not be suitable for young children due to the unfenced lake
- A guest can launch their boat at the property into the lake. A boat slip is also available. The bridge out of the cove has a 5-foot clearance, so some bimini boat tops may need to come down temporarily
- Lawn Care may arrive during your stay; however, they do not have a set schedule
- A starter supply of toiletries is provided. Guests are responsible for providing their own if more are needed
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the garage facing the driveway, and 1 camera is on the roof area above the front door facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion
