About this apartment rental
Wonderful sea front properties, located on Deal's iconic sea front- the beach is your garden and lots of fantastic views from the property - a complete gem. Dating from circa 1705 it has the modern comforts whilst retaining its elegance and period features- including smugglers' hatches, Georgian painted walls, glass, fireplaces and a great kitchen -with large original chimney breast the whole height of the property-believed to the old smoke house for the neighbourhood in the 1800s.
Renting both spaces, provides a perfect opportunity to holiday together with friends/family but still retain your own space, for a separate family or grandparents.
Two neighbouring properties are: Otters Hatch (5 bed- x2 doubles, x2 singles, x1 bunk) and the Old Sweet Shop (2 beds- x1 double, x 1 bunk (small room) .
This stylist property has the added advantage of being on the beachfront, with stunning sea views and a shared communal space (garden and roof terrace). The roof terrace is nestled amongst the Kentish pegged rooves- have a cuppa with seagulls flying overhead or take a short stroll to the beach- its on your doorstep, literally!
The space
The property comprises of Otters Hatch- 5 beds (x2 doubles, x2 singles and x1 bunk bed room) and the Old Sweet Shop -x1 double, and 1 small bunk bed room. There are 2 separate entrances, but 2 back doors which can both be opened so shared access between houses and to the shared garden and roof terrace.

>Dining room- ideal for 6 but 2 spare chairs available
> downstairs loo
>Open plan kitchen with island unit, stools for 4-large fridge/freezer/dishwasher/ wine fridge

>large double with ensuite shower- sea views
>single - sea views
> toilet
>bathroom- bath with shower
>bunk bed room- garden view
Second Floor
> note- one section of the stairs are steep
