We rented the unit for the evening only. We had an 8am flight out back to Chicago and we were skiing at Whistler days before. I had a hard time completing the app check in but customer service followed up diligently and gave us an alternate option. Once that completed, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and I was able to cook breakfast and make my husband coffee before we headed to the airport. I would definitely make plans to visit Vancouver next time and stay at Stevenson again. I'm sure it will be a lovely stay. It's also only 15 minutes from YVR.

Great place to stay! Steveson Village is adorable with lots of places to eat and easy to walk around.
Wish there was more places to hang towels, robes, and more mirrors in the suites to help more than 1 or 2 people to get “ready”. Had a great stay and would stay there again

Good location. Needs a coat rack by door to hang rain covered jackets. Only place to hang coats is in bedroom armor. Pricey for type of room.

I recently stayed at Steveston Waterfront Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. I particularly appreciated where restaurants are just around the place.
The overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the attention to detail truly made this stay memorable. I highly recommend Stevestone Waterfront Hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, whether for business or leisure. We can’t wait to return!

The Ventalation system in the unit was so noisy you could not sleep without ear plugs or a pillow over your head. Both bedrooms were affected as was the living room. It could not be shut down even if you shut down the air conditioning system.

Nice spot, major complaint was lack of feeling secure here. As a solo traveler, I was extremely upset that there were no ways to visually lock the doors and in turn had a terrible night’s sleep. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have a way to secure the doors on the inside. I did contact customer service and the only response was that it was “safe” and is “all digital”. I’m all for tech, I even work in the industry, but you need to at least add some latches for security reasons. I would not stay here again.

Steveston is a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is fairly new and the amenities are very modern. Everything is accessed with a code, so when the keypads malfunction it can be quite inconvenient to move around. Aside from that we had a great stay and will definitely book this place again in the future.

There were 5-6 very loud industrial fans in the hallway that's right outside the bedroom. This made it hard to sleep. I felt like this was an important point they should've notified us for. I would've booked else where.

We stayed for a day here, came here because our stay couldn't get extended at Pan Pacific Vancouver downtown and felt we should have stayed here the whole trip. Will likely be visiting this place again.

This hotel is in brand new condition and the unit was very clean. Can walk for food and entertainment easily. Only downfall which I knew was there was zero cell service in our unit

Awesome, affordable overnight stay. Huge room, clean with full kitchen, big beautiful bathroom. Waterfront board walk directly off room to cafes and shopping. We will be back!!

The place was beautiful. But the floors were really dirty. Someone left a wet dirty rag beside the bed. The bathtub had weird black stains all on the floor of it and the handle to regulate the water came off. Someone forgot to put a bolt/screw in. Otherwise, if it was cleaned better, would have been great! Nice and new. Washer dryer is handy. Nice 2 bedroom suite for my fam of 6. Nice deck area for my dogs. Nice that it was pet friendly. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. EV charger sucked. Too slow. All of Richmond was impossible to find a good EV charging station in. The area was insanely busy as well. There was a dragon boat festival going on.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront. Our room is overlooking the water. If you like to relax and avoid the traffic, this is the place for you. Walking distance to the pier, lots of restaurants around the area. We highly recommend it and we would stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here as it was waterfront and was walkable to Fisherman’s Wharf. A lot of food and souvenir options. It was convenient for us to check-in and check-out.
A few minor things was when checking in it was we didn’t know they have 2 buildings and questioned why it won’t opened, after sorted out it went good from there. Also out first night our room number had a black out and wasn’t sure what happened but after calling the guest services they guided us how turn it back on.
Overall, our stay was great and enjoyed staying here as they also have a little kitchenette where my family and I enjoyed cooking!!!

I honestly wanted to give this place a five star, but, the only night we stayed we couldn’t sleep because HVAC ventilation system was so loud. And you can’t turn it off. And it’s throughout the unit, in all rooms, not only bathroom.
Next, the customer desk is unreachable during the night time. Nether local number, nor chat.
Only offshore help desk, but they only confirmed that ventilation could not be turned off.
Their automated self check-in model rises more questions. They collect a lot of your personal data. Sure they say they take the matter seriously, but so are hackers.
Next, overpriced: the ad stated below $300 a night, after all taxes and collections, almost $500.
Everything else was good, the place was clean and modern, the area was great.
So if you fine with sleeping in noise cancelling earbuds, like I eventually did, go ahead book it.

The hotel is very clean and I like that it's all tech based.
There's no staff on site so you have to talk through a portal or call. They're very quick to respond.

Stayed here with my family for just one night but would thoroughly recommend. This is not your typical hotel in that you book and communicate online but the service is great. Really nice clean room with great amenities. The village is really nice too with coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket. Location great as right near the waterfront. As I mentioned, you communicate via email but guest services extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again and actually preferred to some fully staffed hotels I have stayed in for the same price. There is no bar or restaurant as that is not what this hotel is about but this is all available just down the street.

Beautiful new hotel. Our room was fully appointed with a new kitchen with high-end appliances. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Overall great experience in a really good location.
Bed, pillows and overall decor was awesome. Just a few minor issues:
1. Air conditioning didn't work as expected
2. Online portal and gaining access to guest code was annoying. Would be much better to be able to access it early so that we could either print out or screen save the instructions. We had connectivity challenges and it took us a long time to figure out how to check in. Once we got into the portal the guide was helpful but it should
Have been provided well in advance.
