HOUSE AND APARTMENT INCLUDED AS ONE! Situated on almost 2 acres and surrounded by 200 degree views of rocky mountain peaks. There is a private ski hill for little kids that will keep them occupied when not skiing. Only a 7 minute drive to Big Sky Town Center where are the restaurants and activities are.
The Space:
25% OF THE PRICE OF MONTAGE HOTEL 5 BEDROOM HOUSE! INCLUDED IS A HOUSE AND APARTMENT AND YOU CAN ENTER THE APARTMENT FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE. THE APARTMENT HAS A KING SIZED BED, FULL KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM WITH SLEEPER SOFA AND TV. IT ALSO HAS IT'S OWN FULL SIZED WASHER AND DRYER. THERE ARE STAIRS TO ONLY THE APARTMENT. THE MAIN HOUSE HAS 4 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS PLUS ANOTHER WASHER AND DRYER SET. YOU ARE GETTING A TWO FOR ONE BY RENTING THIS HOUSE AS TWO-THREE FAMILIES COULD COMFORTABLY STAY HERE.
Guest Access:
HOUSE AND APARTMENT ARE INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE. YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE THREE CAR GARAGE AND LARGE DRIVEWAY AND PRIVATE DRIVE ALONG WITH ABOUT 2 ACRES OF LAND TO ENJOY. THERE IS A LARGE BERM ON SITE THAT YOU CAN SLED ON IN WINTER SO KIDS WILL LOVE IT!
The Neighborhood:
There is a paved road into the community and to the house. This home is very close to the main roadway to ski resort, Yellowstone National Park or Main Street Big Sky. This location also provides an easier way to get to Bozeman for those that also want to explore the Bozeman Hot Springs and famous Bozeman downtown.
Getting Around:
You can walk to snowmobile rental, ATV rental, fly fishing guides and there is even a 4 mile paved trail to Main Street.
Other Things to Note:
PRIVATE SLEDDING HILL/BERM ON PROPERTY FOR KIDS TO USE WHEN NOT SKIING!! NOTE: Only 1 minute drive to FREE ski shuttle and 7 minute drive to Main Street/Town Center where there is another shuttle to the lifts. Much better location since you spend most of your time off the ski mountain in town. THERE IS A PROFESSIONAL GRADE TERRAFLOW BIKING/HIKING TRAIL ADJACENT TO THE HOME. YOU CAN HIKE DIRECTLY TO TRAILS FROM THIS HOME. YOU CAN WALK TO THE ATV AND SNOWMOBILE RENTAL LOCATIONS FROM THIS HOUSE. YOU CAN WALK TO THE FLY FISHING GUIDE FROM THIS LOCATION. THERE IS A PAVED HIKING/BIKE TRAIL TO MAIN STREET FROM THIS HOUSE.
