About this house rental
This spacious, charming and light-filled 2300+ sq ft Mid-Century Modern 4-bedroom home has a deck overlooking the pine trees and mountains to the west, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a 2-car driveway. The Master bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom with shower, and there are 2 other bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower/bath combo, as well. There is a washer and dryer in the house equipped with all laundry essentials. The house accommodates 8 guests with 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds (as well as your furry friends!). Just a short walk to bus routes (120, 128 and 131), parks, and a great neighborhood coffee/corner store. By car, 14 minutes to Alki beach, 14 minutes to Sea-tac Airport, 14 minutes to T-Mobile Park and Century Link Field, 17 minutes to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market.
This home has tons of sunny western exposure with lots of natural light, private front yard and patio to enjoy your morning coffee, and a lofted back deck to watch the sunsets as well as a lower back deck that leads to the backyard. Many Mid-Century Modern features have been maintained. The backyard is full fenced-in with raspberry bushes ripe for picking in the summer, plenty of space to run around or hang out, and a corn hole set.
Everything you could need for your stay is included, including some toys and books for the kids, a highchair, pack n play, beach towels, bathroom essentials, cooking and baking essentials, coffee & tea, and 2 smart TVs with all the usual apps (Netflix, Apply TV, Disney+, etc).
There are 2 parking spaces available in the driveway and there are a few street parking places nearby as well, but please note that the house is located on a narrow one-way street, so if you park on the street, be sure to park far enough over so that cars can pass--some spots may require you to park your passenger side wheel up on the sidewalk! Uber and Lyft service the area, as do traditional cab services. Nearby bus routes include the King County Metro 120, 128 and 131.
This was our first home, where we lived for over 5 years and both of our boys were born, so we have wonderful relationships with the neighbors on either side of the house. In addition to following our noise policy, we simply ask that all guests are respectful and treat the surroundings as though this were their own neighborhood and neighbors. We hope you love this little corner of West Seattle as much as we have!

Very nice house! Some of the light switches were a mystery haha! Having a Pac-Man game was a highlight for us older people.

Cute house, definitely mid century size and styling. Safe neighborhood and good distance from downtown if you’re going there. Unfortunately, we came during a hot weather event and the lovely West facing view contributed to some hot temps inside. I communicated to the owners they could do with some better fans to help that situation. (No A/C as stated in listing.) Overall a nice, very clean space to stay.

We had everything we needed! The host was very quick to respond with questions. 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) and 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) gave us plenty of room for our family and furry friends to hangout and not feel crowded. Fairly close to Seattle. Beautiful view from the back patio. We stayed on New Years Eve and we were able to see some fireworks. The drive way is a tight fit and the streets are cramped. Overall a very cute and cozy place to stay! Highly recommend!
